Went last night to get food with my coworker after a crazy work shift! Ordered Qty- 2 “hamburgers no mustard” Qty- 2 4pc nuggets 1 spicy 1regular Qty- 1 number 11 by itself After paying was told to pull into a parking spot and they will walk it out. After waiting for 10 minutes they walked out 2 other peoples food that were behind me in line. They come to my car ask what I ordered and walked to get it and as the kid came back he said sorry there extremely busy..note there was 4 cars behind me after I ordered. So I noticed 2 of the “hamburgers were cheeseburgers” so I pulled back in line and mentioned it and was asked to drive up after a couple minute confusion they had of me Explaining my situation. So I pull up and was asked again what happened I explained I ordered 2 hamburgers no mustard and I got cheese and was told that’s the cheese single I said I know that I didn’t order that lol. So I was asked to hand back the cheeseburgers to them so idk if they gave somebody else it or threw it out should of just let me keep it and give it to somebody else it’s already paid for them she gave me my hamburgers and was upset that I was checking them and didn’t move out of the way.
It’s crazy how people in the fast food industry fought for better wages but still can’t even get a simple order thing correct. If they worked where I work they would be fired within a couple hours cause they do not deal with retardation!
Thanks for coming to...
Read moreI visited Saturday evening after an event in the area. We found the dining room full with others from the event both seated and waiting to purchase. After eating my husband wanted a frosty and was told he had to go through the drive thru as the dining room was closed at 8pm. I understand not letting new customers in after 8, but we were already there along with a full dining room and we wanted to take the Frosty to go, meaning we were already leaving, not dining in. 8 o clock is fairly early to close the dining room on a Saturday night and to deny service to and essentially ejecting people already there is just bad business and the antithesis of service. I would suggest that staff instead be instructed to advise dine in customers that only to go orders and pick-ups are permitted on the dining room register after 8, especially since others were still dining. In my instance I was still seated and eating when my husband wanted a dessert item. Ps, Wendy's was the only fast food we all agreed was good food and a good value. We literally don't go...
Read moreThis is a brand new Wendy's that just opened this past fall. I did a Doordash here on a Sunday afternoon. Not busy at all. The workers prepared my food fine and I didn't mind the wait; however, when I came to the front counter after using the bathroom, none of them greeted me or said hello at all. One even just gave me a quick glance and then went back to working on the burgers. There were also two workers that clocked in while I was waiting for the food. One, some 40 something woman, gave me what felt like a dirty look. The other, a teenage kid, also didn't bother to greet me or ask what I was waiting for. If I'm the only customer in the store, then I should at least be given a proper hello and maybe even a how are you?!? I know it was obvious that I was there for Doordash because I had my phone in my hand and all, but they could've still greeted me to confirm I was picking up. Staff should definitely be trained on this sort of behavior; very unprofessional to not greet a customer when they're the only one...
