McDonald's — Restaurant in North Wilkesboro

I'm sorry I didn't take any pics they have clearly posted where not to sit there was 2 womem eating at different tables. I had to go tell the lady sitting next to them that the table they're sitting at has a sign on it that says you probably shouldn't sit there and the woman said it doesn't matter she sits there we clean all the tables and I said then why do you put the sign there and why would you not turn around and tell the woman behind you to move a space away instead of being two foot away from you and the other lady was doing the same thing the other lady that worked there was doing the same thing sitting right next to a woman in the table whether she did not clearly explain the five 6-ft rule or whatever it is and we cleaned our own table and we cleaned two more tables while we were there just cuz we felt bad about other people eating there and not one person offered to help not one employee that's the one at the top of 18 in North Carolina I'm sorry that I have to be the one to tell you all this and then I'm typing without periods cuz I'm using talk to text but I told him before I left that I was appalled at how nasty it was in there the bathroom too I cannot believe that they didn't careenough to even come out from behind the counter and clean they cannot from behind the counter to eat right next to tables that obviously were posted where you should not see it And I'm not even tell the people not to sit there and the whole time I'm explaining this to her I was wearing my mask and she said you're closer to 5 ft to me I said I may be 4 ft from you but I'm wearing my mask and you're not wearing no mask none of the employees are wearing mask I have always got a truthful and completely 100% honest reviews but I've never had to give one this bad The tables that they act like were clean if we didn't wipe off herself I don't even know what was on them so I definitely give them a half a star or the lowest rating possible if you can give them zero Don't go there if you have elderly parents or anybody that you're worried about getting sick because God knows if Corona is in there already or not. This place is the absolute worse fast food restaurant I have ever patronized. This is not based in a one time visit, but on many visits. The wait is almost always extend. My order is wrong much more than half the time. The staff is very slow. They put me in the mind of Eeyore. Everyone is moping around looking for there tails. Today visit resulted in my bagel being wrong and part of my order missing. Atop this, they apparently can't count to two. We get one straw for two drinks. I'm almost certain that they look for the dumbest people alive to both work at and mannage this location. I'm also almost certain that this wouldn't be tolerated at most other locations. Just a few common notes from previous visits; multiple times I have been told we are out of ice cream as well as told they do not have ice for drinks. This is McDonald's is a mass failure. To put the icing on the cake it burns me up to have to wait until they are done playing on there phone to place a order. This is unacceptable.

So here I am sitting in the Drive-Thru at McDonald's again on April 1st 2019, as usual this is pathetically slow. there are only two cars in front of me and we have not moved in over 4 minutes. This is so pitiful I don't even blame the employees this is a management issue. Sounds like some managers need to be fired. Good leadership results in good employees oh, here they have neither

Last 4 times I went here to get burgers for my kids, and all of them are messed up all of them, I have 6 kids 6 chances to get 1 burger right at 4 different visits, and they all are messed up every time, all the labels for the burger say exactly what I order but the burger inside are wrong every time. You can tell they don’t drug test anymore at places like this, we order their burgers plain. PLAIN! How do you mess this up? The service is rude and unfriendly, I went and had them fix their mistakes once and they had big attitudes about it, the other times I just didn’t bother going back, they act like you are lying anyways, like I’m a mom of 6 just trying to feed my kids dinner, like I got time to deal with them, I wouldn’t and don’t even have the time to make up anything like that, I just want to get what I order and it be correct when I get it home, so I don’t have hungry and disappointed kids. I’ve worked at fast food, I know mistakes are made, but getting it right most of the time should at least be a priority, and fixing a mess up, shouldn’t be a problem. I won’t be going here any more.
