Athens Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Northborough

We are from out of state. We were looking for good food. A place that would deliver after 8pm and reasonable price. Let me just tell you, the pizza was devoured (picture before it was gone), mozzarella sticks were still hot, spaghetti and meatballs were great (could have used a bit more sauce as it soaked in, but great taste) and garlic bread was still soft and warm. When making the call to order the gentleman that answered the phone was polite and helpful. This place was suggested by the lady at the desk at Homewood Suites on River Rd. "Chicken is chicken and buffalo is buffalo. I am not going to send you another order." That is what I was told by the person who I believe to be the owner. I had ordered a pizza and an order of boneless wings. I did not check my order when it was delivered. I received bone-in wings. I called and explained the error. I was told by the man on the other end of the call that it didn't matter what I received or what I ordered but he was not going to correct his mistake. I only wish I could give 0 stars for this location. I called for a delivery and was told 30 - 40 minutes at the most. Restaurant is less than 2 miles from me. I ordered a philly cheese steak, French fries and garlic bread. After 45 minutes i called and asked for an ETA. Told they were busy but would be no longer than 10 more minutes. After 20 more minutes I called and canceled order. I strongly recommend calling anyone else but this establishment.
