Honey Dip Donuts — Restaurant in Northborough

Just simply an amazing experience with such kindness and service. My wife and I were travelling with our two young kids and stopped at their drive thru window. After ordering we realized they didnt take credit cards. At the window the man/owner putting our order together said "that is ok can you pay me next time". And then still went about picking out two donuts that our kids would like. Such welcoming kindness for someone he didnt even know. We offered to shorten our order to take off a donut or bagel and he said no, just pay me later or give me what you have now.

We scrambled and got a little over $10 cash and change for our $10.50 order. He said no problem.

Onto the amazing donuts and food. Wow they were great, fluffy but a slight crispness. Great cake donut and Boston Creme. My sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was amazing and fast. 3 pieces of sausages split in half, melty cheese, and slightly crispy bagel. That type of thing you crave sometimes.

RAT POOP IN MY PANCAKE!! This was my first time here at honey dip donut. Just wanted some pancakes before I head to work and the worker there was pretty quick with my order which was nice but after eating half of my pancake I tasted something off about it, spit it out and found something looking like rat droppings. I have never been in this situation before. But I have seen many rat droppings in my life dealing with home inspections. I know what I saw and I hope that no one have to go thru this. BE WARNED I am certain they don't package their supply the night of. Stay away from this place if you don't want...

I was a regular customer of Honey Dip till the guy who works there started robbing me. He started charging me more money for the breakfast sandwich I always get. When I asked him why it’s more money he told me the prices went up. Later when I went again and his younger brother and then his daughter rang me out they charged me the same price as before which means he lied to me about the price increase.
