Town Center Pizza — Restaurant in Northborough

I had a terrible experience at this pizza place, specifically with the Chicken Kebab pizza. Here are the details:

Overpriced Menu: We wanted Alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce, and they charged us an additional $4 for it. They also charged another $2.50 for jalapeños, making the total cost of a large pizza, including tax, $31. This felt excessive.

Missing Ingredients: When I picked up the order, I realized the pizza was missing chicken. I called the restaurant, and the person I spoke to apologized and promised to prepare another pizza with the chicken. He asked me to return to pick it up.

Inconvenient Policy: When I went back to pick up the second pizza, I was surprised to find out that I had to bring the original pizza (the one missing the chicken) back with me. My wife and I had already eaten a slice, but I think the staff wanted to confirm we weren't lying. This attitude was off-putting, especially compared to other places like Domino's or Northborough House of Pizza, which would never handle a situation like this.

Final Thoughts: I didn't return the original pizza and took the second one instead, but I wanted to write this review to inform others about my experience.

Recommendation: If you're looking for a good quality pizza, I strongly advise choosing a different place instead...

Polite service (update). Very unwelcoming) Tried again, asked for kind of chicken in cutlet. (Frozen) "ok" how about your mushroom s (canned). He got flustered I even asked. I Jokingly said you "have PB'J". He Said you can go somewhere else. Guess what, I am. NHP didn't give me a problem though ingredients are same. Understand not all ingredients are going to be prime fresh or exactly how I want them, but I don't need an attitude for asking what kind of food I am going to be given if ordered. (Older review) steak and cheese is no longer a favorite, canned mushrooms and cheap steak. Hope they change back quick. Not sure how this is 4+ star rated.
