Glad there is a new cafe in town.

Excellent coffee. Vast selection and a huge coffee bar, where staff work hard to serve the coffee quick.

Tasty Croissant, light on the inside crispy edges. Enjoyed the strawberry and cream-cheese. Many choices.

Staff friendly and helpful. Cheerfully explained the menu and selections. When my coffee choice was unavailable, someone quickly let me know it could be a little while and offered another choice immediately available.

The only downside was the breakfast sandwich - like the one the mega coffee chain serves - flat round egg, not a lot of bacon, and a slice of yellow/orange cheese. Underwhelming.

Maybe offer additional bacon for an up-charge? Or cheese choices?

I have been here 3 times in the last week since I discovered this place and it keeps getting better. The chocolate filled croissant is amazing. The fruit filled croissants are fantastic, and today I tried the bacon, egg, & cheese croissant. I will definitely keep coming back here. The atmosphere is quiet and picturesque, set in the old mill complex. The people are so friendly and helpful.
