Worst experience ever. Waited forever for drinks. Only 2 servers on a Friday night for the whole restaurant. We Ordered 2 house Cabernets, they were terrible, tasted like bottles were open for days, after letting the bartender know she said “yeah it’s bad”, My husband asked to order a different glass, instead of what he wanted she gave him what she thought was good. While looking at the menu an argue insued to the right of us over another guests table that they were overcharged.... it was uncomfortable to watch.... the young blonde server was really pissed, then she went to pour a grey goose martini, realized that she was out of dry vermouth and compensated with extra grey goose.... a severe over pour. The food finally came out and the boxes were tipped On their sides, sauce leaked. The chicken Marsala sauce was so sweet it was like candy. The mushrooms were canned and the chicken was so over cooked it was inedible. By the way I have. Ton of pictures I will be uploading! The salad was smaller then that of a McDonalds side salad and the goat cheese salad that was $9.00. Had no toppings!! The Arincini consists of 2. Both tasted as thought they have been sitting preformed in a fridge for a week.... we spit them out. This was only 1/2 of it. We had to have our tab adjusted 4-5 times. We had 3 glasses of wine, we were charged for 5. Her excuse was I didn’t charge you for this and charged for this to make it cheaper.... this happened 4 times. Helena kept saying she didn’t know how to void items yet every new check had a void. Our check dropped $15 over several revisions and still wasnt right... I just was sick of waiting for it to be right and it’s not like the staff cared... worst experience ever. Never going back!!!! We spent over $65 on 3 glasses of $5 house wine, 1 inedible entree, 1 disgusting $9!/salad all lettuce, 1 side salad, 1 inedible spoiled appetizer and a box of overcoooked fried bread...... no no no!!!!...
Read moreWe have been going to Coco Bella since it was in Brecksville on Mill Rd. We would go weekly after the class I taught next door, and the food has always been one of our favorite Italian places. We now continue to LOVE the food regardless of the move! Why, you ask: The portions easily provide two meals for us...Therefore, the value is incredible! The "all inclusive" meal...no a la carte here! Your meal INCLUDES homemade garlic bread bites, and a lovely mixed green salad (with delicious house dressing). No lie...sometimes we order meals from here just to get Tommy's homemade bread! The marinara, in our opinion is incredibly DELICIOUS!!! Our standard order is pasta marinara, and an additional order served with the meatballs. My husband LOVES the meatballs, which are truly homemade and as big as baseballs! The arancini appetizer is such a wonderful app!!! Served with pesto and marinara, you cannot go wrong!!! Amanda is a SWEET HEART! Down to Earth...she remembers us and is happy to serve us. We are so happy to have her back!!!!
We highly recommend Coco Bella...We LOVE the food, the owner, and Amanda & and Tommy's family!
Let's be honest, other people's questionable experiences may have come at a time that was difficult, and in life, we just need to give people/places a break. We all have bad days, challenges, etc... but I am here to tell you that Coco Bella is great...dine out, dine in...support REAL local peeps...
Read moreOut of the way place tucked in a small shopping center in Northfield on W. Aurora Rd. Our server Sam was very sweet and efficient. We called ahead and she had our table ready with menus upon arrival. My husband had unsweetened ice tea I had water. Started off with delicious garlic rolls, and the Fried Provolone. Crispy on the outside with a great cheese pull and slightly sweet marinara and shaved parmigiana. I had the house salad with ranch, my husband had the Caesar with an up charge. Both were fresh and delicious Both my husband and I ordered the veal parmigiana with spaghetti topped with cheese and the same marinara as the appetizer. The serving was huge. The breading was seasoned beautifully and the veal was tender ( able to cut with a butter knife ) make sure you mix the sauce in the spaghetti though because the pasta alone without sauce was under seasoned. Ended the dinner splitting a Tiramisu. Heavenly. The smooth cream and coffee dessert was perfection. Cost before tip...
