Yesterday My package was delivered to this store and signed by an employee named Rene. When arriving the tracking number was given and was told the package is not there. According to my account it shows it is in fact at this location.
The employee, Adam said it was at the Brecksville store. Made the call on our end to the Brecksville store , the employee said unfortunately it is not here and is showing it was delivered to the Northfield store and signed by Rene. The employee from the Brecksville store said he would double check the packages while on the phone just to make sure. Which it was not there.
While on the phone with the Brecksville store, Adam was informed Rene signed for it. Which he said Rene doesn't work here, then said she is new, then said maybe there are other Renes at UPS. Asked again if he could possibly look, in which he refused. Then was asked to talk to a manager, which he said no. Then was asked for an email or any contact information to the manager of this store. Adam said "You think you know it all. " and will not give any information or anything and just watch. Adam was asked again for the package and then threatened to call the cops. When walking out of the store, Adam yelled "Have a great day. "
There are two major differences between the Brecksville store and Northfield. One who went out of their way to double check even though it was showing it was delivered to another store, and one who refused to look, antagonized and then threatened to call the police.
After this experience, I spoke with Raya from the emergency contact for UPS. I also spoke with supervisor Gabriel from the HR department for UPS , and emailed corporate and will follow up in the morning with a phone call.
My package is either missing or being with held. I paid for a service and this is the treatment that is given.

   Read more2/16/24 I went in a little before 6:00pm waited patiently in line because there was one customer at the counter getting helped. As I approached the counter I said Hi, how are you doing?â The woman didnât answer me. So I said I need a plastic pouch for my shipping label and some tape. She then said oh you donât need any tape because I can put the pouch over it so it wonât need tape. I said okay, then she printed out my receipt. I said thank you, she didnât say youâre welcome. So then the next set of people (a couple) approached the counter I heard her saying hi how are you doing and so on. (I was thinking wow she didnât treat me with such respect or friendly). So I realized I forgot to ask her a question so I got back in line behind the couple. She I stood there patiently again for several minutes. She finally acknowledged me and said oh do have an Amazon return? I said no, I just want to make sure my package was secured properly and she said turned around and said oh itâs gone he (the other worker)must have grabbed it already & I said oh okay do you know when the package will arrive there and she said âoh I donât knowâ (with a not so nice attitude).đł. I said oh okay, well it was ups ground and walked away. I really felt some type of way after leaving and I promise I wonât visit this location ever again, this was my first time ever going and I only went to this location because I was going to be in the vicinity.    Read moreWent in this morning to get pictures printed on card stock which Iâve done several times at this store. The guy behind the counter seemed visibly annoyed when I asked about getting them printed and told me I needed to step to the side while the computer booted up. After patiently waiting, he stood there complaining about how he had to work a double today and was the only person in the store. He then told me if I wanted my pictures printed I needed to come back at another time when there were two people there. And that he wasnât going to do it now because there were too many people coming in and out of the store. There were 2 people who came into the store during this interaction and he directed them to the self serve package return kiosk. He was extremely rude and another customer even said good luck getting your stuff. I will definitely not be returning...
