Balloon Dude — Local services in Northfield Center Township

I originally was looking at a few places for a balloon garland for my graduation party. Shockingly, every place I came across were charging $400++ (& those prices were not including set up/travel fee). Luckily, the Balloon Dude made its way across my timeline. It was good to see he just opened a shop by me so I was able to go in person & check out the inventory. When I went to the store, he was amazing. I really didn’t have my colors picked out. He was such a gem! He blew up some colors I had in mind so I could see what they would look like next to each other. When he told me the price i was floored because it was the cheapest way cheaper than what other companies were charging. He was so accommodating when I did decide to change my colors & that he would throw in some grad balloons to give it a pop.

When it was time for my party his wife communicated with me effectively about when she’ll be arriving and how long it would take for set up. When she came she was such a huge help. I was in the middle of putting up the grass backdrop and she started helping until we realized the balloons looked better without the grass backdrop. Robyn was such a sweet and kind person. I highly recommend the Balloon Dude Company. My first experience with Robyn and Jim was when I desperatly needed last minute help getting my great nieces' prom send off together. I called and asked if they were avaiable for the date and could they provide the vision that I had in mind. This company came through for me. The day before my Daughters Grad party I called them on a Hail Mary. I discovered my arch in a box had only 2 pieces, someone must have misplaced them. I didn’t think they would be able to do it last minute. She said we can do it. I got the 2 panels and balloon arch. She had me send a pic of what I was got and color matched perfectly. They came before the party and set it up. It was the talk of the party. It was gorgeous, and they added in some flowers and a light up congrats grad. They were so nice, and explained everything well on the cost. They also added two cute bundles of balloon clusters on the front pillars free of charge. When it came time to clean up, they not only come to get the panels and the other accessories. They pop every balloon and clean up after themselves.
