Their coffee machine was out of order, I waited patiently for long time. I had to go and I politely asked for a refund. Instead of apologizing to me a Spanish lady did a very disrespectful gesture in her culture. The gesture was to make me shut down. I did nothing for her to make that gesture. I tried to explain to her that I am just requesting a refund. That lady insisted to insul me for nothing. The lady created a mess in the store where it was full of customers. The lady had no respected for these customers, for me and for her self. Dunkin should make sure to hire "civilized human beings" to serve its customers. This lady has no civility and the gesture she made is not part of american culture and Dunkin should advise her not to use it. That took place October first between 9:30 and 10:00 in the morning.
This is a second incident in this store in less than a week. They always charge me for four expresso shots $4.72. Today, a lady serving the drive thru charged me $5.04. I did not complain or argue or fight. I just told the lady that they always charged me $4.72. The lady did explain why she overcharged me. Instaed, she told me that I just want to fight with her. I repeated to her what i said before that I always charged 4.72 and she charged me 5.04 and I am not fighting with her. The lady still did not explain to me why she overcharged me. I left without saying anything further. Today's check number is 7732, date 10/7/2022, at 9:35, and amount charged is $5.04. I have another check. It's number is 4204, date 10/2/2022, at 12:06, and amount charged is $4.72. I kindly request that the store owner check the above two transactions and advise the employee that I was not fighting with her and she overcharged me. If the prices went up due to inflation, the employee should inform the customers that not accusing them of...
Read moreThis particular Dunkin Donuts has 5 private side rooms. So it is a great place for a coffee meeting with a colleague, client, etc. It is a newer restaurant (few years old), with an attractive, contemporary decor. I mostly buy beverages here...usually hot tea or iced tea. My only dislike it that they add the cream or sugar to the tea behind the counter. I would prefer to customize my own tea, as they put too much cream and pour it in before the tea has steeped...weakening it because it cools off too fast and stops steeping. They use expensive pyramid-shaped tea bags, but not much choice of flavor. I guess they are famous for coffee, not tea. They do a terrific drive through business...easy in and out. Parking is tough at times, as this is a...
Read moreI placed my order via the drive thru for the simple reason that I didn't have time to go in the store. Not having had my coffee I stopped and ordered a breakfast sandwich as well. As I arrived at my destination I took out my sandwich to find it was burnt! Totally disappointed I went to take a sip of my coffee and it was so sweet it wasn't drinkable. I did not specify how much sugar but neither did the girl taking my order. So, I called the store to ask why would whoever made the sandwich not remake it after seeing it was Burnt. Why would they give it to the customer? Her response was apologetic and I'm not sure she made it but the lack of basic customer service is a good reason...
