This really disappoints me because I was really looking forward to trying this place as countless people recommended it to me. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for delivery and it got to me an hour and a half later all mangled up. Very disappointed because I was really hungry and I couldnā€™t even eat what they gave me. I called immediately and told the manager the situation and they said they would refund me within 24 hours. I still havenā€™t gotten my refund 2 weeks later. I was hesitant about posting a negative review but this is just ridiculous.

Hubby and I love this restaurant when we travel to Chicago. Well we chose a lil chain one we came across and ordered a deep dish and 3 frozen pizzas and a salad. We were very disappointed with the salad. The lettuce looked horrible with fresh veggies on top. I guess the saying is true. It's not old til it's sold. Ugh! Thanks Lou Malnati's.šŸ™ƒ

Submitted an order to be scheduled for delivery through DoorDash. Order was supposed to be delivered at 7:00pm. Called store directly at 7:30 to check on status of order and was told they were having issues with DoorDash but it would arrive in 30-40mins. After an additional 45mins, I called again and was told it would be delivered by 8:30. Still no food. Called again and was told it would now arrive between 8:45-9. Food finally arrived at 9:00pm. Nothing was ever offered to us for the trouble and our order was now 2 hours late when it was submitted at 5pm for a 7pm delivery time. Clearly the staff are not on the same page as we were told three different things by three different people. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. Mistakes happen, but at least attempt to correct the problem. The order was over $70...

Having been a Malnati's supporter since I was in high-school in the 90s, I'm EXTREMELY disappointed at this store's decision to outsource their delivery. Not because it was bad, but because of how shady the delivery fees and tips are paid out.

I had ordered delivery through their own phone app (NOT via 3rd party like Grubhub). I was charged a $6 Delivery Fee, and I tipped $4 atop that thinking it'd be split between the store and the driver.

I met the driver outside, and it turns out they outsourced the delivery to the Doordash platform. After completing the delivery, I asked him how much he got paid, he said $2 and showed me his phone screen.

Out of the $10 ($6 delivery fee + $4 extra tip), the driver saw...

Last night we ordered 2 different pizzas for our friends party and we were so disappointed with what they had served us for pick up The pizzas are absolutely not what they were before!!! They were so dry not enough of ingredients like they were trying to save some money!!! For several years we were so delightful with the Lou Malinatis pizza that I canā€™t believe what they are serving right now!! Thatā€™s not their first time serving a bad pizza!!! This time was Glenview location but 3 months ago we had such a bad experience with stuff pizza in Arlington Heights!!! This famous Chicago pizza is going absolutely downhill and is not worth a money at all!!! Shame on you since I love you...
