Starbucks — Restaurant in Northglenn

I've appreciated this location and all its sweet employees for a while now, but especially had to pipe up today to call corporate attention to/give props to the new young woman being trained on drive-thru! (I failed to get her name, but it's about 1pm on Nov 29 and she was working the window just a few minutes ago.) She did a great job of balancing between handling things independently and seeking help when needed to ensure my order proceeded efficiently, and she kept up a wonderful professional gracious attitude the whole time. I accidentally communicated quite unclearly about wanting to redeem stars for my order instead of charging my Starbucks card balance, and she was able to sort it out right away with the help of a supervisor, and was the perfect amount of adorably apologetic without ever being over the top or awkward.

I'm very impressed with her competency and demeanor. She is absolutely the sort of employee to invest well in, and I'm glad she's at an environment like Starbucks, since I understand they care for associates pretty well. I already go out of my way sometimes to come to this location over others, and if they keep up maintaining this caliber of wonderful sweetheart employees, I'll certainly keep doing so. :)

I go to this location everyday before work and order the same thing every time. During the week my drink is always perfect and what I expect. I love it! However when I have gone here the last few Saturday mornings and ordered my usual drink it tastes disgusting! Last Saturday (11/24/18) I was taking the last sip of my odd tasting coffee and the gel-like ball slipped into my mouth! This Saturday (12/1/18) I ordered my usual drink and my venti cup was 3/4 full and when I opened the lid I saw THREE floating gel-like balls. After scooping them out and still giving the drink the benefit of the doubt, I took a sip and it was extremely watered down coffee with very little flavoring. Today me and a friend decided to go get some coffee and when I had pleced an order ahead and got there I saw the I pick the wornf place. When I asked them for my order they said sorry but they didn't see one and that was when I realized I had ordered at the worng place. When this happened he offered to just make it there and to see the recipe. Best coustmer service ever. Btw I don't know his name but he the one with the beard more on the bottom of his chin.
