Roommate and I went here last night and mostly it was pretty tasty! I had the white noodles with teriyaki chicken and beef with broccoli. The white vermicelli noodles were a delicious change from the usual rice or lo mein. The beef and broccoli was really good as well and didn't have that fishy smell some places have. Roommate had the fried rice, which he has happy with. He also had the teriyaki chicken. Which we both thought was over cooked. The chunks of chicken were hard and tough. We also split an order of the chicken skewers which were great. It seems the portions are smaller than our usual place, but all in all the food was tasty. I used to go to this place for about 5 years up until last week, now I will NEVER give this place my business again. Rude woman with her phone attached to her ear can't even greet me and my man when we were the only people there. Looks at us like we're imposing with the takeout box in one hand and the other hand on her iPhone. Ordered our food, got up to the register to pay, she rips my debit card out of my hand like I offended her, spits out my total, then THROWS MY DEBIT CARD BACK AT ME when my hand was CLEARLY out to take back my card. The woman cursed me in her native language like I was the problem, so I promptly flipped her off and left. Never been treated so badly by an employee in my life. Called to order a tray. Tried to give woman name and number. She said “no, I don’t need that. Just credit card.” So I gave it to her and before I could ask how much it was she hung up. Got hung up on as I called back. Card was charged.
Four days later showed up to pick it up and tray wasn’t there, they never got the order. They told me they don’t have a name or number and said I called the wrong place. I checked my phone, called back the number I called and got their restaurant again, confirmed it was them. Guy still denied that I ever called them despite me showing the charge.
