I took a bite out of my breakfast sandwich and looked at my sandwich and there was a fly cooked into my sandwich. I am glad I didn't take a bigger bite. My stomach was instantly sick and upset and I almost threw up.i have never in my life had to deal with this. I then called burger king up and let them know what happened they seemed very upset on the phone. They told me I could come back and get another sandwich ( who wants another sandwich after that.) I did inform them that I work at the kingsoopers across the street from them and that I couldn't come over until I got off of work at 3:15. When I got off of work I went over there and the GM was insisting that for him to do anything I would have to have the receipt fortunately I had both the sandwich and receipt. I also have pictures. All this GM could do was offer me my money back. I am highly unsatisfied with this. I mean there was a fly cooked into my food. He was like I will take real good care of you. Then the lady that gave me my money back didn't want to give me my receipt back. I was like no I want that back so I can do this survey and so forth so she said ok well let me right refund on like I was going to try and bring it back again to get money back but being in customer service and the area we are in I kinda understand. Honestly every time I come to this location there is ALWAYS a problem. If you order more than 3 items, please expect to receive poor attitude from the employees (including the manager). I specifically ordered a large onion ring, I received a large mix of mostly fries and some onion rings. When we went back to have it replaced, the boy in the drive through window was upset and said āwell she said it is a mix and has some onion ringsā (she meaning the manager) to which we stated that is not what we ordered nor paid for, especially considering we didnāt have fries in our order at all. He then switched out the onion ring without using gloves, while the old lady who seemed to be the manager just stood at the front and stared at us. I canāt even eat the onion rings now because I canāt be sure this person has washed their hands, especially touching the register and computer to input the order. Honestly I am shocked this location hasnāt closed down yet when they consistently break so many health code violations and have absolutely no concern for food safety. A year later no change,same ol issues, my daughter came 12/6/2018 to pick me up food. Placed her order, big fish no tarter sauce. She gets home and what's on my big fish? You guessed it tarter sauce. But I could have lived with that, what i couldn't live with is that the big fish was dry and hard as a rock! I drove back to the BK showed the manager and asked him would he eat this.. of course he said no! He then asked me how I wanted my big fish.. I say no tarter sauce, add cheese, he then tells his cook, she proceeds to drop f bombs while making my sandwich, which now has tarter sauce on it, and no cheese. AGAIN!! The manager reminds her of my order and for the 3rd time it was made correctly. I will not be going back to this place again If I want BK I will drive out of my way to go to another store!
