Just left this location... I'm a truck driver and I travel back n forth between Northwood and Georgia 2xs a week. Occasionally I come treat myself to a treat outside of my meal prep meals. Today I decided to treat myself for my birthday. Since this locations walk- in to order is closed, drivers are allowed to walk to window. The drive-in was full and cars were continuing to pile up. I walk up and waited patiently for 3 cars to pull up and get their order. I asked the young lady could I order. She said yes as she has politely taken my order at window b4. I placed my order, gave my card and a guy, who may or may not have been in management gives me my card back and tells me to move to the side so he could help the cars. It was the way he said it. 1st off buddy, it's chilly out here, people looking at me standing on side with a mask on is already not a comfortable feeling. And if I was in my car, those cars would still have to wait. Like I said this meal was treat/cheat meal for the week. I told him I didn't mean to hold the cars up by doing what they did by placing an order. smdh. Dude at window, just be more understanding to your drivers and other people with larger vehicles that have to come to window. It's already an ackward feeling to stand outside in cold to get food. Make people feel welcome. I understand that Arby's do not have to allowed folks to come to window. It is appreciated. But just be...
Read moreMy husband placed in order online. I went in to pick it up. Said it would be ready in 5 mins and I got there and had to wait 15 extra mins. The front area where you order is falling apart (pieces of wood sticking out and customers running into it) and the floor was cracked. They were busy...yet ALL of our food was cold. We had cold burnt fries that were chewy and reeked of perfume. The bread on his roast beef dip sandwich was rock hard. I went to leave and she never handed me a receipt. We had to throw $25 worth of food away. The best part was the pop we ordered...except when they put the sticker on top it stuck paper over the seal where the straw goes. We will not be using this...
