Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Northwood

I had a terrible experience at this Domino’s because of the manager, Vincent. I came in with a simple issue regarding my order — something that should’ve taken two minutes to resolve — but instead, Vincent treated me with complete disrespect. From the moment I started speaking, he cut me off, rolled his eyes, and acted like I was bothering him.

He wouldn’t even let me explain what was wrong. Anytime I tried to speak, he talked over me or dismissed what I was saying. It was clear he had no interest in actually listening or helping. I wasn’t rude or confrontational — just calmly asking for help — but he made me feel like I was the problem.

A manager should know how to handle situations professionally and respectfully, but Vincent did the opposite. His attitude was arrogant and condescending, and he clearly didn’t care at all about customer service. If this is how management treats customers, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Completely unacceptable.

And a little side note, idk if I misheard him ,,, but with my experience with him, I’m pretty sure he did say it .. I 1000 percent convinced he called me a homophobic slur at the end of our interaction...

I ordered this pizza say right around 5:00pm and I did not get it until 7:00pm and the pizza was very luke warm and not even hot and the dessert bread which was cold. I called the store and in the website which I swore up and down would be delivered and they said it was for takeout. I called and I talked to the manager who has zero phone etiquette, I could not understand her at all. I was then told a guy named whoever was going to deliver my pizza and desert bread. I had to call the guy four times to get him to get the directions to my apartment. This was horrible customer service and horrible delivery. I would love to get my money back. I am going to go with vitos who always delivered on time and never any issues. I mean if I wanted my pizza to taste like that I could get a red baron or any other frozen pizza from the local frozen food aisle. So I tried again with the $6.99 for two items. I got desert break with no icing and a pizza that was like...

The pizza used to be the bomb when i first started ordering it was worth your money now they barely put anything on them. Also feta cheesebread used to be very good as well now hardly any cheese in them and they are over cooked all the time. I feel that people dont take pride in their job its only about a pay check just remember if it were your money you were spending and you keep getting old, Cold and nasty food how would you feel? Take pride in your work first and foremost we are the reason you have a job. Since covid prices have doubled it really makes me angry when someone gives you cold nasty food and when you tell them they want to laugh and argue when ask for a replacement what happened to the customer is always right. Im not accepting nasty food...
