I just picked up my order in the drive-thru. I exclusively order from this location and it has been a couple months since. In the past it's always been super smooth and people at the window usually always seemed really chill and nice. They've even given me tips on how to save money here. One time I was indicated not to stop at the speaker since there is a pickup sign over the window. I assumed I was told to do that to save time, or figured that they have some kind of drive thru monitor. Well just now, I pulled in and waited behind somebody else picking up their order. After they pulled off, I pulled up to the window pretty much instantly. I waited there for a while, like 5 to 10 minutes. I looked in my rearview and there were three cars behind me, to be honest I've never even seen a car behind me here. The window opens and the gentleman seemed pretty nice, but off in the background some chick hollered at me, clearly aggravated "Make sure you pull up to the speaker, cuz we don't know you're there." Was kind of surprised by the tone, and the window slammed before I could respond. Bruh, you work somewhere with a drive thru in direct view of your prep area, Turn your head, or cry more. The dude apologized and gave me extra chips. I had tried to tell him that before the employees told me to skip the speaker, but he kept shutting the window and I don't really know if that was intentional or not. Thankfully he realized that he almost didn't give me my drink and got that to me as well. Maybe he was stressed because his coworker is such a rude jackass? Was kind of off-putting for my first interaction of the day. They should probably remove the giant thumbs up pointing right at the damn drive thru that says PICK-UP. Idk man, just seemed like some unnecessary passive...
Read moreThey forgot our chips and I called.. left me on hold for 10 MINUTES. hung up and called again and they said they accidentally hung up which is a blatant lie because I was clearly on hold. They said they will have their delivery guy bring the chips. I can't leave the workplace to pick up the chips. They still haven't brought it back. Zero communication and customer service is terrible. Always ordered every week and sometimes for our branch. No problems until now. Never ordering here again for myself and my co workers. The manager said.. and I quote "Oh yeah she accidentally hung up on you instead of putting you on hold." When it was the manager that put me on "hold" and just left me there.
EDIT: I called their corporation number and they refunded me for the chips. I'm changing my review from a 1 star to a 2 star. I feel like being blown off by the LITERAL manager makes me want to keep it at a 1 star. And the fact that I have to call the corporation number to call them about my...
Read moreI love Jimmy John’s. Their sandwiches are incredible and their staff is always so friendly and sweet. However, this location is a hit or miss for me. I place my order online, head over there and wait in the parking lot until the tracker says it’s ready for pickup. I have waited for nearly half an hour at this location before, until I went in and said I had placed an order. The two employees said they didn’t get it, then they said they did but didn’t see it. While making it, they went on to explain how they were “wondering what I was doing, sitting in my car in front of the building for so long”... but didn’t check to see if there were any orders placed... Kind of odd. And today I added a side of avocado with my order that I didn’t receive. Bummer. Oh well, the food was still...
