Arby's — Restaurant in Norton

I went into try the new steak and with crinkled fries. I even expressed that to the people at the counter that this is new to me. I was hoping that they would at least make sure it was good. But in a string of sad results for most fast food since the pandemic, this one seems to just be right up there with everybody else. The staff was predominantly not too friendly. The fries came out I took one fry and walked back up to the counter. Because the fries were borderline cold and they were pasty. Now I just got done telling them that I've never had this before so you would have thought they would have made it nice and fresh with a smile. So anyways I waited on the fries. And the fry cook kept giving me kind of smirky looks. And when the fries came out he took his good old time dumping it slowly maybe salting a little bit but everything wasn't slow motion and he kept looking back at me and I'm basically getting ready to blow my top. He hands the fries to the woman where the girl who is going to hand them to me and he whispered something and she shook four or five fries out of the box. That pretty much lit my candle right there. That was rude upon rude. All I wanted was what I paid for fresh hot food. So I'd have to say it's a 3 a sandwich didn't taste bad but it was microwaved you know the bread was rubbery and hard to bite off. I wish Arby's would stop microwaving their food. You don't microwave bread. So I won't be going back there for another 6 months I give everybody 6 months after a bad stint, that gives them time to cycle through some people maybe we'll get people back from the 1970s that know how to work. It’s Thursday July 21st 2022, and I just left this Arby’s. DO NOT COME HERE. I asked very politely what I wanted. Curly fries, a couple sandwiches, and a wrap. I also asked for extra arbys sauce and offered to pay. The wrap that I got, had all, and I mean all of the chicken laying in the bottom of the bag, and not in the sandwich. Also, we got 0 arbys sauce. I was okay with putting the falling chicken back into my wrap, but I still wanted Arbys sauce. I went inside, and when I asked for arbys sauce she rolled her eyes and walked away. I don’t know if this was the manager but she had several tattoos on her neck. Not saying that’s a bad thing, just trying to identify her. I stood and waited for 15 minutes and she gave me 3 arbys sauce packets. She never spoke a word to me. Also, they didn’t give us a receipt. This arbys location used to be the best but it has went downhill lately. I would suggest watching your employees closer. They screw around and play way to much. To busy talking and laughing to get orders even close to accurate. Went tonight for dinner with my husband and whoever was on drive thru needs to be re trained. Laughing and joking over the speaker while we tried placing our order which was incorrect. Is it that hard ? Asked for no onions and imagine that my sandwich was covered so inedible to me. Also asked for horsey sauce which I watched her put in the bag only to get home and its arbys sauce. Its my hard earned money I'm spending then I expect to receive what I ordered. 3 strikes an ur out.
