New review (10/18/18) As a highlight so you don't have to read everything -awesome service, friendly people, food accurately made, fast service and very fresh. Lobby is currently closed until construction is finished- temporarily drive-thru only. - Awesome experience!! just a heads up to anybody coming here right now, there is Construction and the only place open is the drive-thru. it's a little chaotic at times, but this does not reflect the awesomeness of this McDonald's in any way. Usually I will order something mildly simple at various McDonald's just to see who listens to the customer, and who reads the grill slips ( Grill slips are the stickers placed on your sandwich that signify what is special about your sandwich). Today I ordered two McChicken, no shredded lettuce, add ketchup, and add pickles. The order was followed to a T, service was very fast 😃 also, the McChicken was very fresh!! (Also, even with both mayo and ketchup on the sandwich, it was not messy 😍😍) the drive-thru order taker was very friendly, and polite, as was the front booth employee handing out the orders. As an added bonus, I noticed they had a drive-thru coordinator (basically this is somebody who ensures every order has napkins, straws if they needed it, the correct order in the bag, and that the correct order is being handed out. honest to God you can notice an immediate difference when places use their drive-thru coordinators). Today made me very happy here, and I'm glad to see they're doing such an amazing job! I would highly recommend this McDonald's for not only fast and accurate service, but for some deliciously fresh food too! 😄 (When I mean fresh, I mean it's honestly not edible for the first five minutes because it's so hot LOL) Old review ↓↓↓↓↓ Updated review Now 🌟🌟... even though I usually have good experiences here today my food is nasty. Kind of actually upset. 2nd my drink one burrito and one hash brown came out to 4.99 and I was then ask to upgrade to a meal which would have two burritos one hash brown and my large Americano add a shot of espresso. It was $8. this is ridiculous you should not be allowed to upsell for something that is more expensive, while pretending that it is cheaper. I'm sorry but when you eat a cold burrito it just doesn't start your day very well. The kicker? a cold hashbrown that has no crunch because it has been saturated in Grease and sat under a hot light for too long. everytime I asked for creamer to be added to my drink or sugar they just gave me packets instead... While carrying a baby this is not an easy thing to do, putting them in yourself. the customer service was very nice and friendly though but this food, on the other hand is just upsetting. I will change my review when the service changes and my food is actually hot, fresh, and taste's good. Ordered around 8: 30 a. M.. if this was a mystery shop, they would have failed for the sloppily putting together burrito the nasty hash brown and the coffee from the hot beverage machine that smells strange... Read moreI have lived by this McDonald's for six years. About 50% of my visits have been awful. The other day I went through the Drive-Thru to order a happy meal, cheeseburger w/ extra pickles and a sweet tea for my daughter. While I was waiting, I decided to order an iced Caramel Macchiato. The screen was showing what I ordered. I could barely hear the guy taking my order. I went to the first window and paid. When I went to grab my food, I asked where was the cheeseburger. She said don't you have it? I said no. She said oh you didn't order it. I told her I ordered it before I ordered my Macchiato. She said well, look at your receipt, you didn't pay for it. I can't give you something you didn't pay for. I said well, if he would've heard me, I would've paid for it. She said you can go back around and order it. So, I left and said no thank you because I didn't want them doing something to my food. Guess what....... No drinks!!!! So, I park and we go inside. I take my receipt in and explain. The guy looked at me like I was speaking another language. He went back and got a manager. I explained to him what happened. He also looked at me like he had no idea what was the problem. I explained to him again. I said I didn't care about the cheeseburger, I want the drinks I DID pay for already. Finally, he had a girl make our drinks. While I was watching her making our drinks, I saw our original drinks sitting next to the register by the window. The girl got done making them and asked whose drinks were they. I said mine and she just looked at me then went back to get the manager. He said they are hers and pointed at me. He got the drinks from her and gave them to me. I said our original drinks are right there by that register just so you know. He said "are you good now? Is everything handled?" Really? Very rude, not concerned and just unprofessional. NEVER will go back there, no matter how close it is...

At least 6 cars get their order taken on the right order box, while car in front of me on the left order box gets order taken, I move up, and nothing for 10 minutes. I call for a manager from cell phone while patiently waiting, explaining there is a problem with the drive through. Man answers the call unintelligibly, unable to understand that I am not just waiting, but trying to explain the problem. I park to walk inside to talk to the manager as calmly as possible. She gets very upset I am simply explaining the problem as it has happened. Two kid boys and a girl start getting involved, laughing during the conversation. I leave, to drive across the street to the Wendy's. The kids are now outside the McDonalds, facing me, making faces. Next thing I know there are THREE police SUVs talking to the kids like they are victims. One behind me in the drive through of Wendy's, and one interviewing the kids. It seams the manager called the police in RETALIATION. I now get to see the Judge in Barberton for "DISORDERLY CONDUCT." I did not threaten the kids, nor did I raise a hand to them. But this is the story they decided to tell. I am no BANNED from this McDonalds. We are now contacting McDonald's Corporate. I demand a speedy conclusion to this manner.
