It was my first time trying this place out and it was immaculate! I told my boyfriend I was craving something sweet and this really hit the spot! The best part is the churros are freshly made when you order! I got the mini pancakes with Nutella, one scoop of ice cream, & Cinnamon Toast Crunch! And my boyfriend got churros with Nutella and Cajeta!! Giselle did a great job explaining the menu because they do have a little bit of everything! She was so patient with me and recommended the toppings I should add on my order! Before coming I was looking at the reviews because I like to know what business I’m supporting and it was the total opposite! I've been coming here a few years now and have always loved their churros .. Lately the service has not been great the last few times I have ordered online and everytime the lady at front counter asks me my order number which is like 20 numbers/letters , and always tells me " i need the order number or I can't look up your order " even though when you made the order online it asks for your name . This last time i went on Valentine's day to pick up my order in which she insisted she needed the last 4 numbers of the order number or she couldn't look up the order which i did provide . However as i was leaving and a few other customers came in stated they ordered online and she asked for their names and proceeded to look up their order with just the name . I came here to try because of the reviews were good. Churros were great. Hot when it came. And soft inside. The Service was good they were nice. However, I didn’t care for the music. It was Christian alternative music and it was kind of annoying to be honest but that’s just my opinion. Next time I’ll just order food to go and not dine in. I guess it explains why no one was in there sitting down. Other off putting thing was the musty or moldy smell coming out of somewhere not sure if in the back? I sat towards the back by the employee door. They had an A food grade so I figure I’d still give it a shot. The ceiling had some rust spots looked like it needed repairs.
