Dunkin' — Restaurant in Norwalk

I ordered 2 large almond milk coffees from a Dunkin Donuts at 99 new canaan ave norwalk ct. I repeated myself twice stating almond milk for both coffees. When I went to pick up my order the girl said it was with milk. I told her I ordered almond milk for an allergy. (My toddler is anaphylactic to dairy so we avoid all liquid dairy. The girl said that’s going to be $4 extra we charge extra. I know that $0.60 is typical per coffee. She dumped the cups with milk and used the same cups for my allergy. Dunkin has become expensive junk to me . I found an awesome breakfast place call Liz Sue bagels they are simply awesome and everything is real and fresh not those fake eggs at Dunkin

I revisited this dunking after a very long time. I feel even worse than I did in my above review. the hot latte was not bad but was dripping at side of cup... the coffee rolls are half the size and cost more...the donuts taste awful. they gave me a dirty bag. geeze the place is just a mess not to mention I was afraid of falling because this senseless worker was mopping the entire floor....

Went in just to use the bathroom. Normally Dunkin has the cleanest bathrooms compared to any other establishments. The bathroom here had feces on the toilet seat and had a very dirty mirror. Also, the tiled walls looked like they were only wiped down with a dirty rag and not actually “cleaned”. Dunkin is great but I’d avoid this spot.
