Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Norwalk

I don’t usually waste my time coming online to leave reviews for places, but I felt like I needed to leave one for here. Two weeks ago was my first time trying a Marco’s and OMG! This is some of the best pizza delivery I’ve had in a long time! I will never order from anywhere else in Norwalk. It has ruined other pizza places for me. The other places just don’t compare.

Marco’s pizzas are fantastic. The sauce is very tasty and their toppings are plentiful! It becomes immediately apparent just by feeling the weight of the box. The cheese is melty and delicious as well. Every order I’ve had delivered has been piping hot! They have always been very quick with deliveries.

Today I decided to try their sub sandwich and it’s the same review as the pizzas. They taste delicious! They are thick with fillings and topping, and the bread is perfectly toasted.

I’m so happy I decided to try this restaurant! If you like pizza and are tired of Dominos and Pizza Hut then I would recommend trying Marco’s. Especially this...

Originally gave a good rating to this place as I've ordered 3 other times since moving here in June. They delivered. Each. And. Every. Time. We're literally right off of Rt 61, 4 miles away. Got a call back this time, guessing managers are going rogue and making up their own policies that they don't deliver to our area any more. Told me "they're not sure how it happened before'. Not sure how it happened 3 other times?? I don't know, maybe because those working before liked to earn business and make money? Just a guess. Or, another guess - someone is power hungry and wants to make up rules as they go along. That's okay, Gilhuly's delivers (they are farther away) and they have calzones! THIS is why some workers don't deserve a higher than...

Horrible experience from start to finish. Had to call the police because the 'manager' said he didn't have to refund me my money nor remake the pizza because of my sassy attitude. My card was ultimately charges by the place without my signature. It seems like a lack of professionalism from the management side as well as poor communication from the driver's as well. Couldn't figure out where my pizza was because the driver had no cell phone to only have to call NPD to figure out that it was delivered to the wrong house. Not only that but this place will NOT receive my money unless it's in cash with pick-up because they couldn't even find my order in the system....let alone find my order...
