Original Tommy's — Restaurant in Norwalk

Lousy drive thru experience.

Young male over the intercom came across disinterested. Young female at the window came off very rude. I wasn't even greeted at the window for 5mins, and they just handed me the food without asking for payment. I could've left without paying, but didn't. Pointed it out to the girl at the window, plus that I still needed my drink, and she scoffed as if I was at fault. Zero self awareness from the young entitled staff.

On top of all that, I ordered a chili cheese dog combo, and a chili cheese tamale. Got home and turns out they gave me the tamale, but no chili cheese dog. Instead two chili cheese fries. My fault for not checking before leaving I guess, but makes sense they got it wrong. All this for $30 was insane.

A little disappointed. Waiting to place my order(I'm the only customer in the restaurant) and, 3 workers make eye contact with me. But, there is no greeting, no acknowledgement of my presence, a feeling of being ignored. By the time manager was ready to take my order-I asked him if they were OPEN(it's 12:30-lunchtime). Finally placed my order. Burger was ok-not amazing. Fries were cold and old-had to send them back. Finished up, cleaned up my area, and left. After driving for 30 minutes, I had to pull over and puke my guts out 🤢

I went to this Location on my 30 minute lunch. As I was ordering by drive thru it sounded like there was a party in there, I had to repeat my order 3 times. When I got to the window they gave me my order and I drove back to work. I opened my bag and the whole order was wrong; from the burger to the fries. I couldn’t even eat the burger because I can’t eat onions. I was really looking forward to eating chili cheese fries but I couldn’t because they were regular fries. The only thing they got right was the drink. I really love Tommy’s but I’m really disappointed with this place.. I hope things get better soon. Now I’m still hungry but will have to wait till...
