Finally, a truly authentic Mexican Quesadilla! The carne asada quesadilla is to die for! The "Al Carbon" asada is cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection, with a wonderful smoky flavor. The cheese is of high quality and melts to the perfect consistency in the quesadilla. They include onions and cilantro by default—just like a real Mexican establishment! The tortilla is full of flavor, fresh, and crispy. This is the perfect asada quesadilla, so well-balanced, and the al carbon asada flavor will have you thinking about it for days!

The only reason I can't give this place a 5-star rating is because of their birria. The birria doesn't have the deep "enchilada" taste typical of your standard estilo Jalisco birria. Instead, it has a more "earthy" flavor, with a strong presence of cumin and a very slight hint of cinnamon (though I could be wrong). Overall, this style of birria wasn't my favorite, nor the one I usually seek when ordering birria tacos or quesabirrias.

Customer service was terrible in this place. The cashier did not listen to most of our order, we repeated ourselves a couple times and she still didn’t get our order right. When we asked about our churros she charged us when we thought we had already been charged and she only charged us for one. We were also charged for the sides for the churros when we saw her give some to another customer for free. We sat down outside and they forgot our drink when we asked for it she gave us attitude. We told the guy that brought us our food we were missing our churro and he said he didn’t know we had one we had to show him our receipt like if we were trying to steal I understand this is LA County but we’re not even from here we’re just visiting from out of state. Finally he brought it to us without the sides which we had to ask for again. The food was ok way over priced and they put salsa inside both burritos after we asked them not to. I will never come here again or recommend this place when I go to...

I used Papi Tacos and Churros for catering and had an excellent experience. Shutout to Gregorio who did an amazing job coordinating.

Food Quality: The food was delicious and everyone at our party enjoyed it. Both the birria tacos and pollo asado quesadillas were well-prepared and flavorful.

Service: The service was professional and helpful. Gregorio was particularly excellent to work with - he answered all our questions over the phone and made the ordering process smooth.

Packaging: They did an outstanding job with packaging. Everything arrived intact after the car ride home, and the consommé was packaged securely with no spills.

Overall: Highly recommend Papi Tacos and Churros for catering. Good food, reliable service, and careful attention to packaging and delivery.
