Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Norwalk

I usually like Pizza Hut and I was seeking out some reliable pizza for myself and my boyfriend's family tonight so I ended up ordering $80 of food. I requested contact-less delivery (I had gotten it a couple times before and they'd just leave my pizza at the door which is great especially for when I'm busy and because I have crazy anxiety. ) but when the delivery guy arrived he started knocking on the house windows. This already bothered me a bit, but I let it go because it's just a delivery driver. I was just excited for pizza. I realised as he pulled away that my breadsticks were missing, I was already put off at this point so I just thought "whatever that's fine I guess I'll call and ask for a refund on the breadsticks". That went fine, but the thing that ruined the night was that the pizzas had essentially no pizza dough. it was all sauce, cheese, and toppings, with the thinnest layer of bread. I honestly feel like I just wasted 90 bucks. (I tipped 10 for the driver). I wanted to give them feedback the right way, they have a website listed on the receipt called tellpizzahut.com. I went there and it asked for the code on my receipt. I swear to you, I looked for a good 30 minutes to find no code at all. I had no way of giving them feedback on my order.

tldr: only really get pizza hut for their dinner boxes and nothing else. It's not worth it. I wish I had just gotten the dinner box. Or just order Papa Johns. Papa Johns has yet to...

My pepperoni came brittle and beyond overcooked on both of my pizzas. I expect a refund or replacement this is disgusting Update: I called and at least was offered 2 new pizzas. I went to get them and they were hardly any better. There was still some brittle burnt pepperoni on both once again. It was edible for the most part but for 28$ its safe to say I won't be returning to this location until its staff is properly trained. I have never had burnt pepperoni on my pizzas and ive been coming here for a while. What a shame. We came in late at night, parking lot looked clean and in a good view from the street it can easily be seen, plenty of parking spaces, we greeted promptly by a nice tall dark young man he was very polite patient quickly offered the discounted specials which I ended up getting, there is the large meat lovers pizza for $10 and a large 3 topping for $10 and a whole bunch of wings, my husband the kids and I went home ambitiously because it smelled soooooo friggin good, it was so satisfying that we didn't even argue over the little stuff like whos gonna pick up the trash or "it's time for you to take a shower".....
