Randy’s Cappuccino & Donuts — Restaurant in Norwalk

There's an employee there that was brutally rude and refused to serve a young man who had entered before me. I got involved and asked the young man to apologize so that the little douche employee could serve him but that wasnt good enough for the big ego employee and he basically kicked out the young man who apologized. Then he wanted to refuse service to me because he saw me defending the young guy! I had done nothing to be treated like that. He eventually served me after one of the bystanders defended me but i wanted an apology. That rude employee would dismiss me and act like I wasn't there. I then asked for his manager's number and 20 mins later he said he wouldn't give it. I did my best to call the sheriff on this guy but honestly, he's not worth anyone's time. Employees are a reflection of their bosses and based off of this experience... this shop and owner suck for hiring such a little twerp with a big...

The donuts here are good like any other mom and pop donut shop(better than Randy’s Donuts if you ask me), but the real star of the show here is their croissants.

Their croissants here have a very unique flavor and softness to them. Without asking, I think it’s safe to assume that the croissants here are made from scratch in house. There’s a slightly sweet, butter flavor on the very soft croissant that makes you want more.

Friendly service is a plus as well, but the croissants are what they’re famous for here in addition...

Randy's Donuts does not make just great Donuts they also make excellent sandwiches breakfast lunch anytime large variety make just as many sandwiches as they do donuts try to stop in there at least once a week you should try it staff is friendly family owned can't go wrong if you need to donate in the Diamond Bar area just stop by enjoy your sandwich or don't it...
