Subway — Restaurant in Norwalk

I almost never write a bad review unless it’s absolutely necessary, however I came here for dinner one night, and after I started to eat my sandwich I noticed a few black strand of hair. One imbedded in the bread, and one mixed in with the veggies inside. I quickly showed the person at the front and she didn’t even offer me a refund. I threw it out right after. I ordered online and I showed the guy my phone what I ordered and he’s telling me I didn’t order that and he can’t give it to me and this is the second time they did it when I use the coupon online never going to this location again and the guy is so rude like you really couldn’t just give me the fountain soda that I paid for And you have to be so annoying about it where I work the customer is always right I would’ve just given...

Went in at night to get some subway cookies because i love them...wanted to try one out, mind you i wanted to pay for it first. I took a bite and asked for 3 more since they were soft and good, but apparently the hispanic women thought it was too much to ask for to slide out the tray and pull out 3 more that she rolled her eyes at me aggrevated.
