La Baguette is a charming cafe with an elegant and friendly chef that offers an authentic taste of Haiti. Norwalk was in desperate need of a Haitian bakery and I'm so happy one is finally here but not just any one - LA BAGUETTE! They are well known in Brooklyn and Queens, NY and beyond. I've been there twice already and have had beef, chicken, smoked herring and the cod fish patties - all delicious with the right amount heat. I tried their hot chocolate and it is very good.
