Tams Burgers is that spot — a true staple of L.A.’s classic ghetto burger scene. I’ve been coming to various Tams locations since I was a kid, and it never disappoints. If you know, you know. The charbroiled burgers are what it’s all about — smoky, juicy, and full of that unmistakable flavor you can only get from a flat-top and decades of experience. The chili cheese fries? Absolutely fire. Gooey, messy, and worth every bite. And don’t sleep on the ranch with fries — it’s sinfully good and lowkey addicting. The vibe is always chill, the staff is consistently friendly and attentive, and the food hits the spot every single time. Whether it’s a late-night craving or just that need for a real-deal burger, Tams delivers. Not quite a five-star white tablecloth experience — and that’s the point. Tams is real, it’s local, and it’s part of the L.A. burger soul. 4.5 stars and a whole lotta love. Verdict: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/2

I've been coming here for years but less since prices are astronomical now but that's everywhere. Also I'm on a lo carb diet so I can't come often. My go to used to be the club sandwich but they are inconsistent some are packed with meat but usually they have been more skimpy and too much lettuce. When I still ate French fries theirs are decent and have seasoning salt. Onion rings are so so. I like to get the chicken or steak pita with cheese here it's good but I upgraded to zucchini it's just OK but they gave me enough for two or three people so keep that in mind when ordering. Pastrami combo up to $19.99+ now. I just can't justify it. Cheeseburgers are good. So is the French toast. Crowd can be sort of ghetto, workers are usually nice but not always. Not all Tams locations are the same the menu items can vary. The club sandwich at Paramount Tams has ham Norwalk does not.

Tam's super Burgers in Norwalk on Tuesday I was driving out to my Native American sister's house and as I was driving down Rosecrans I smelled some good food as I was passing by Tams I asked my sister where I could get some lunch and she recommended this restaurant so we had lunch at Tam's I got a cheeseburger🍔 french fries 🍟 and a Coke. And it was a really good lunch she also recommended the pastrami sandwich I live in Torrance Redondo Beach area and I traveled out to Norwalk I will go back to this place again for there good delicious food if you never stopped by there this place is a must to try it out if I knew Google Map was going to show up on my phone I would have taken pictures but the only thing I have is the coke cup to show that I ate at Tam's Super Burger you can go for breakfast lunch and dinner or phone in your order and pick it up.

Visited this location on 05/09 for lunch. Service was HORRIBLE! -When my husband and I arrived, order line was moving along nicely. We knew what we wanted to order. -As soon as we got to the counter, 3 of the ladies behind the counter (including short, dark haired gal at register & other gal with blonde dyed hair and black Tam's shirt handing out food at counter) all decided that it was time to huddle and talk about the bracelets on their wrists. -My husband and I were OBVIOUSLY ready to order but the gals behind the counter were OBVIOUSLY more interested in talking about their bracelets. -Mind you, my husband and I are not of latin/hispanic origin. I am sure once I post this review THOSE ladies will know exactly who they were being rude to. I have no clue why we were given such bad service besides the difference of our ethnicities. -Once the short, dark haired gal behind the counter decided that she was 'able' to take our order, all of a sudden she couldn't hear what we were saying, the kitchen was too loud so she wasn't able to hear well, she didn't understand what we were ordering (Shrimp basket & Chicken nugget meals) and acted as if she was brand new and needed help...she had to call over the blonde dyed hair gal to help assist her. AND after all that, she didn't quite get the order right. -ANYHOW, once order was ready the blonde haired gal was very rude when giving us our order.

My husband and I went to this establishment to grab some lunch to go. That was it. The ladies behind the counter determined it was their duty to ensure our experience was not worthy of an ideal customer service experience due to (I can only assume) our nationalities.

WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK TO TAM'S ON...

Been going to Tams for many years and never had any issues. The staff at this location is the most unprofessional childish people I’ve worked with. I placed a $70 order for my family and got home to realize I was missing a combo. When I called them back to let them know what happened they wanted me to bring all my food back (witch my family was already eating). I drove back to dispute the error and the immature unprofessional employees were laughing at the situation as if it was humorous. I drove back 10 min, I spent a good amount of money for my order only to be mocked for they’re mistake. When I asked for a corp number they said they’re corporate number was the same as the location. And they did not want to give me name of employees who were laughing behind the register. There employees should show a little more respect especially after inconveniencing the customer to drive back for there error. Need major people skill training or to work at warehouse where they don’t have to deal...

Horrible location , your always in the street with traffic . While waiting for the drive-thru to push forward. The pathway towards the restaurant faces traffic , making it almost impossible for kids to be safe. Not to mention I used to be a regular and prices vary alot as the attitude and seasons change. No bueno. It seems like they go thru alot of cooks and food consistency is not up to par. The restaurant inside is always grease and dirty , I have seen better public parks with clean restrooms. The service as I mention changes, one day you'll get a new guy offering you the blessing of god. The next day, you'll get a bastard child, blaming you for all the misjudgments and allegations dealt from his life. Burgers are miserable, you get a patty that frozen and weighs less than a tortilla. Fries are greasy enough to start a car. The soda can end the California drought if it was used as water. There not many options in the area. Just be aware , it is 2017 people. Alternative truths are...
