Nostalgia is the first word that comes to mind after visiting Mike’s on Main. The owners have elegantly preserved the timeliness classic environment, allowing one to imagine the evenings spent here in the 1930’s. For those of you who have knowledge of the old time Brunswick bars, the antique Chicago made bar here is original and makes the visit worthwhile on its own. The food gets an A+! High quality food, craft-made by the owner himself, while his friendly wife manages the restaurant. During our visit we ordered the chili & salad and a pizza. The thin crust pizza had the perfect amount of chewy dough, accompanied by an abundant amount of specialty cheese making every bite mouthwatering. The chili was an award-winning homemade recipe, and the generous portioned salad made with the freshest of ingredients! Fantastic quality awaits patrons ordering anything off the menu.
