Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Norwich Township

The service was great. Rachel was new but did an amazing job. The food wasn't as good as I remember it being in the past. It's been a few years since I've been. Our server accidentally rang in an order of corn on our check that we did not order when I said something to her she said she works say something to the manager Brooklyn.. The manager Brooklyn said that was to pay for the substitution for my salad. Now when they brought out our food to us they tried to give us a side of corn. I told them we didn't order a side of corn. So they took it back to the kitchen with them. When I explained to Rachel I didn't order a side of corn and I didn't get the corn I sent it back because I didn't order it she said her manager Brooklyn said it's for the corn on my salad. I told her I wasn't paying $4 for a handful of corn on my salad when I'm clearly being charged for a side of corn. Rachel apologized and said she would get her manager Brooklyn, perfect. 10 minutes go by Rachel comes back to the table and asked if Brooklyn has been out yet. Nope. She went back to the kitchen again to get her and once again 5-10 minutes go by and rachel comes back still no Brooklyn, by then we have given up on the manager who is clearly worthless as a manager and afraid to face her customers when she's in the wrong. We paid our bill tipped Rachel and I wished her good luck and we left. We absolutely will never be back. I do wish our Rachel the best of luck. She was a very nice lady. I hope her...

UPDATE: 06/17/25 We did indeed return today for the 7.99 Taco Tuesday special, and all I can say is wow! Hard to believe they could serve up such a delicious meal, complete with two solidly packed soft shell tacos PLUS a hearty side of nachos and salsa! Absolutely delicious at such a bargain price! Steve, our waiter, offered the same excellent service as Doug yesterday. Thanks, brother! It was great to meet you today! Pretty sure Beef o Brady's is our new favorite place! 06/16/25 We stopped in for the first time and were met by our server, Doug, a super friendly guy with a great knowledge of the menu and daily specials. Hubby ordered the Asian comfort bowl, and I opted for the pulled pork and macaroni comfort bowl. Hubs raved about his, and gave it a 5 out of 5. Mine was also tasty, but I'd probably pick something different next time. The menu is extensive, serving up burgers, pizza, salads, seafood, steaks etc. I think we're stopping in tomorrow to try the 7.99 Tuesday special, the ultimate tacos served with chips and salsa. The whole menu is honestly enticing and I have a feeling we're going to be making multiple stops back. Doug was fantastic, offering the initial suggestions, checking back on us and getting us refills. Lots of big screens for those looking for sports, but the afternoon atmosphere was rather subdued at 3:00, making it pleasant for these two old people. I ordered through the app and when I arrived to pick up my prepaid order, the employee told me they don't have any record of my order at all. They took my phone back to the kitchen with the proof of my order to double check and then came back out to tell me that they indeed never got my order and asked if I wanted them to make it still. I told them yes, and they used my phone to make sure they made the right food. I waited over 20 minutes in total for an order that should have been received and ready upon arrival. The employee told me that it wasn't her fault that the order was not received, even with proof I paid for it. It wasn't her fault directly but this was clearly an error on the restaurant. I was not offered a drink or anything while I waited with my daughter. I was thoroughly disappointed in the customer service and received no true apology or compensation for the inconvenience. About an hour after I got my food, I received a phone call from another patron of the restaurant who got my number off the receipt on the pick up order they were handed. I would like to know why I was lied to about not receiving the order when I got a phone call from another customer who got my order to begin with.
