Ice & Fire Asian Cuisine — Restaurant in Norwich

Tonight 2/17/2022: Last 2-3 times calling the manager (a guy) has just met me with resistance. I'm trying to give my support and money but it's always "they don't want to take my delivery order " even though I'm within their delivery range posted on their website. I've asked to talk to an owner and I'm consistently told the owner is not there. I ask to speak to another manager and told he is the only one. I've ordered from ice n fire off and on for about 4 years (less as much because of the pandemic) but as of 2022 they just want to fight against me placing an order). The manager keeps pressing "China Moon". What kind of business strategy is that? You offer delivery to my area (you always have) bur now you force and encourage my business to a competitor?) There's a reason why I call your business and not them. He has zero customer service skills. No compassion, no understanding, no etiquette. I was trying to have honesty with him to tell him that I understood he only had one driver and didn't want him to get frustrated. His response: hung up on me.

So, I guess you all don't care for me, my address, or my business.

If you have issues with delivery drivers and distance then tell the owners to change the info on your website for delivery distance. Or hire another delivery person. I'd spend $30+ each order (not including delivery charge and driver tip) but you all don't want to listen. A customer calling to place an order shouldn't have to deal with the aggressiveness of that manager. We're trying to give you our business, not to be referred to some competitor (i.e, China Moon). My residence is in your service area and you're referring paying customers to your competitors? Guess our money isn't good enough for your business.

What kind of customer model is that? What kind of business model is that?

Sharing for others to stay away from this company. Couldn't even get the so-called manager to connect me to another mamager...

You'd better believe it, this is the best Chinese / Asian Restaurant I've ever been to. This place beats any other Chinese Buffet, Take Out, or Dine In place around with their craftsmanship in cooking; they even prepare their Japanese Sushi extremely well which is something most Chinese Restaurants struggle with. The food here not only tastes like Authentic Chinese food but their cleanliness and display of the food is incredible. If you've got the money I highly suggest you don't pass up this place, I guarantee you'll come...

OMG 🤮I just ordered my dinner(8 dishes) few hours ago. All my foods are what I always get at other places but this time here very disappointed 1-Caz the 四川回锅肉 （double cook pork) should use leek but they used cabbage. 2-香辣孜然排骨（spare rib Szechuan sauce) The vegetables that they use under ribs is disgusting 🤮 Caz it already rotten which is in 2rd pic below 👇. 3-others dishes u can check below Caz I don’t want Write too much.
