Our last experience was amazing so we decided to celebrate our son's 16th. My son's filet mignon ordered medium was cold and rare, basically raw inside. My Delmonico ordered medium heavy char, came with a nice char but rare, My wife's Delmonico was ordered medium rare but again came out rare and the baked potato was also hard and soggy like it was cooked in the microwave and not really "baked". My son's French fries looked delicious with natural skins but were cold and limp, not crispy at all. My other son had the pork chop no issues with the mashed potatoes and asparagus. We sent my son's filet back and it came out still very very rare but not cold, we sent it back again and to our surprise and dismay came back still rare but he ate it and said it was warm and "good enough." I sent back my steak to be cooked medium came back medium rare but good enough because we hate to complain or send anything back never had to send anything back multiple times before. My wife ate hers although she did tell Linsay the server it wasn't cooked to temp either but at that point you could tell Lindsay was probably cringing and you could tell was hopeful it wouldn't affect her tip. She was quick to disappear without saying anything. We had to request water several times for our empty glasses and our Saratoga bottle sat empty, too. The food runner brought out the food two at a time while waiting for several minutes waiting for the rest to arrive, waiting for sides and had to try and get her attention to bring us steak knives. My wife asked for a dessert menu as we heard Lindsay tell me she was bringing the birthday boy dessert. My wife asked for the dessert menu and tried to arrange dessert when calling to make the reservation. She was informed she didn't know and the server would have to help her when she inquired what desserts were available as to request a certain dessert be brought out if my son didn't request one. Lindsay didn't bring a menu since they don't have one she explained after bringing out dessert. My son liked the limoncello cake although my wife or son probably would have ordered the carrot cake or cheesecake had we been informed of the options before she brought out the dessert with the candle. We also probably wpuld have appreciated it more if the dinner wasnt such a fiasco. They were closing so we quickly paid as soon as the dessert was done and left as they had turned down the lights already during our meals. We were the last table since we made our reservation for 8:30 and we were walking out the door at 10 at closing. My wife called the manager Alex 1st thing and inquired if there was a new chef or cook. He told her, "no same people" he wasn't very apologetic or caring. The calamari, salads and cake were the best part of the meal sadly and the calamari was basic and average so not saying a lot. We were looking forward to a delicious dinner since the last time the steaks and food was soo good. This experience left a lot to be desired. We left very disappointed. After speaking to the manager, we are even more...
Read moreon 04/30/23 my family and i had dinner reservations for the family room.. when we first got there everything seemed decent, besides me noticing that every chair they had at our table looked extremely dirty.. water stains and actual dirt on the chairs? looked like they came up from someones basement. but anyways fast forwarding to the actual dinner. our reservation was orginally made for “around 20 ppl” i believe 26 people showed up.. i also gave our server a heads up an told her i think more people were coming. she seemed nice but very unorganized when handling all of our orders an getting our food out. appetizers for all of us came out at different times. mine and my husbands came out an hour after my cousins appetizers. very awkward set up. then when we ordered entrees i asked the server if she could try to have all our food come out together she said she would “try”… it took almost TWO HOURS for all our entrees to come out. we were all wondering where the heck our food was and then when it DID come; for the ones that ordered steaks NONE of us got the steak orders we asked for. some of us asked for Medium/Medium Well/ Well done steaks and kid you not EVERY steak came our RARE. i was so disappointed because the sides were good but i couldn't enjoy the main part of the dish that i waited 2 hours for! i even sent my steak back to be recooked an it seemed like the brought the same exact steak back LOL. when i mentioned it to the server she said sorry they had a different “sous chef” in that night or something…. idk but it was like he ignored all our orders an all our requests when it came to our entrees. when the server came back with our bills she dropped them off at our seats and we didnt see her again… we werent sure if she was going to come back to collect the bills or if we had to go to the host stand to pay? so we all lined up at the host stand paying our bills. ive heard great things about this place so thats why i made reservations here originally.. but my experience with my family was only decent because we made it to be! the service here was not good quality and im disappointed in our food orders from that night. below i posted pictures of my “well done” steak and the chairs we all...
Read moreFirst let me start off by saying if I could give it less than 1 stars I would! I went there for my 30th with a few friends as we were staying next-door at the courtyard Marriott. When they were taking our orders, I stress to them about my multiple allergies (mast cell activation)and how everything needed to be plain and no cross contamination. I ordered a salad with just tomatoes and cucumbers. I ordered a steak with just the steak cooked in a pan. Usually when I go out, I’m pretty nervous that they will do things correctly anyways. They brought my Salad out with peppers and onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers. I had to send it back and I said please do not just pick out the peppers and the onions as I am allergic to those as well. One of the waitresses came back out with a salad, and it had cucumbers and tomatoes upon inspecting it like I always do. I found tiny bugs in the salad. I also saw little piece of red onion peel. I ate the tomatoes after I wipe them off with a napkin. The waitress came over and asked if everything was OK with the salad I pointed out the bugs. She took it back and asked if I wanted another salad I said would you be able to just give me tomatoes and she said no because everything is together in a salad and I would have to pick them out. Which means that’s what they did in the first place… which I stressed I couldn’t have. Already scared and my sugar was low. I had my husband walk me back to the hotel and he came back to eat with our friends. Then my mistake arrived, and it was full of salt and pepper. I also was unaware on how they cooked it since they clearly could not follow any directions This is the safety of my life. I’m glad I did not eat out there because it would’ve ruined my 30th birthday and I would’ve ended up in a hospital.
I also want to add that when we got there the cups were disgusting and we had to send them back and get new ones. We are pretty easy-going people, but there are some things that should be done correctly. I would not recommend this place, especially if you...
