Worst pick up experience!!! Ordered a $130 order for pick up, when called to place the order (male answered phone), we had some specific requests with two of the dishes ordered due to allergies. No specific time was given to pick up the order so usually it takes 30 mts at any other restaurant. Our drive was 10mts, we showed up 30 mts after placing the order. Arrived to our place and the entire order was ice cold and completely wrong, the two dishes we specific requests were totally wrong we asked for plain white rice with no veggies and rice was mixed with veggies and tomatoes which is the biggest request we made (allergy) Called and asked for a manager, person answering said there was no one there, when asked for a name so we can call in a later time declined to provide with name. AVOID AVOID AVOID. If you are looking for bad service you will not be disappointed. Our serve a male in his 40s was the worst. Took 10 minutes for him to greet us. That was ok it was kind of busy. Took another 10 minutes for him to bring the drinks. Food was alright tacos were a bit dry. Asked for boxes for our food another 10 minutes. At this point we are 1 of 4 other tables. It is not busy anymore. Where is our serve at the bar chatting him up. Had to remind him about the boxes. Order dessert finished it asked for the check. 20 minutes later we have to get a manager for the check. Told the female manger when I asked for the check I was not happy. Then told her again I wasn't happy when she brought the check back. No response. On our easy out again I tried to tell her why we were not happy. This time a sorry as she walked right by me. I simply loved it. Was visiting my friend in Boston and we went there on Sunday. I loved the nachos that they great you with as soon as you are seated ... yummy with the sauce. You can get as much as you want ( but don't fill your stomach before you get your food ) 😁😁😁 nice and smiling staff. Ready to help but some don't speak English. One waiter was nice but didn't bring me a fork for like 15 minutes, had to go and ask for it myself. Bathrooms relatively clean. Liked the food but it was my mistake regarding what I ordered, just made the wrong choice compared to what I expected. I will go there again for sure.
