Dunkin' — Restaurant in Norwood

This is the first time that I have ever been ignored in a Dunkin’ Donuts, although I really don’t care for Dunkin’ Donuts I just went in there to try to get some munchkins for some people that I know Calandra’s bakery in Newark and in Fairfield is the best But I stood there at the counter and both of the young girls saw me granted one was working at the window, but she was walking back-and-forth, but nobody never said nothing to me not even acknowledging me to say give me one second or I’ll be right with you. Nothing so I’m standing here standing and standing, I wind up just using the bathroom. I went back to the counter. They both were still not acknowledging me and so I left the worst Dunkin’...

We visit this location often, and typically count on good service. I've wanted to call out an extra special visit we had this past week. We went into the store, which is not common for us, to make our purchases. We were enthusiastically greeted by Abbie. She was full of energy pep and courtesy. She seemed to be manager to us because of the Comanche she had over the rest of the crew behind the counter. If she isn't the manager of this location, she should be. She was waiting on customers and keeping control of the goings-on behind the counter including the drive-thru. Catch people doing good, Abbie...

I will never be back to this one. They rarely get my order right. One time I ordered caramel latte and got hazelnut latte, this last time I ordered hot coffee and it was repeated back to me and when I got to the window it was cold coffee and then I had to wait for the hot. I also had two cups with different kinds of coffee and they were not marked to let me know which was which. Moreover, their toasted coconut donuts are not up to par, they have just some glaze on top with coconut, everywhere else I have been Dunkin makes the coconut go all...
