McDonald's — Restaurant in Norwood

Have you ever heard of McDonald's? My favorite restaurant is McDonalds. My first reason is the playground and the next reason is that it's convenient to order. And last is the food and drinks. My opinion is that you need to go to McDonalds because of their food.

I like that McDonalds has a playground because it's fun to play there. There is one straight, long slide. There is a tube all around the playground. When you go inside, you can crawl inside the tube. Under the playground, there are railings to hold onto while you run through a wheel. The playground has bright colors all around it. A lot of kids play on the playground while their parents watch them.

I also like that it's convenient to order food at McDonalds. At McDonalds, they have a drive-through so you can order your food through the computer. Then, you can go to the next window to pay. At the next window, you can get your food. You don't have to go inside to order. You can just order outside from your car. This makes it easier for people to get their food from McDonalds. The food at McDonalds is great too. The chicken mcnuggets, the burgers, and the french fries are brilliant. The ketchup makes the chicken nuggets really tasty and the meat and cheese on the burgers make it amazing. I love the fries because of their flavor.

Also I like the soda they have. There are different sodas in McDonalds. There is Sprite, Coke, lemonade, Fanta, and lots more. I like the smell of McDonald's too. It smells like delicious fries and yummy burgers and chicken nuggets. I like the kids meal because they add a toy and a drink. Both kids and adults will like the food.

As you can see, these are some of the reasons why I like McDonalds. People should go there because the food is amazing, the drinks are delicious, the playground is fun to play, and it's easy to go to the drive-through.

Re: 4/23/25 incident I gave the cashier (elderly women) $20 for a $9+change order. She gave me back change in cents for $10 not for the $20 that I handed to her. She probably hit $10 instead of $20 at the cash register. She could have been a mistake. Right there, without leaving the drive thru, I told her: ‘I gave you $20.!’ She quickly called her manger to help her give me the right change and thy asked me to wait at the parking lot. I waited at the parking lot, no one came to give me neither the rest of my money or the food that I ordered. I went in to request all my money back, the elderly cashier said that she does not remember what I gave her. The manager asked one of the cashier to give me back $10 and the cashier said that’s what the receipt says. I left the place and called the police. When the police came, your employees lie to the police stating that they cheched their cash register twice, there was no extra money and they refused to show the camera that will prove how much money I gave to the elderly women. The police did not do anything because they did not tell the truth. I was sitting outside by the drive thru, people were still ordering from the drive thru, they never closed the window so I don’t know when they counted twice. I left on their lie without my order. If someone came to McDonald and stole foods, I am sure that he will be arrested. Why is it different if an employee is stealing? She lies! There should be a gap age for a business to put someone working at a cash register. There must be other positions. BBB should be aware. This is a civil matter as the officer say and if nothing is done from your end, the court will request the drive thru camera from McDonald. Channel 7 will be contacted as...

Brand new sparkling clean location with not so stellar service. McDonald’s has an app w/ deals/coupons but most of the coupons are for mobile pickup orders only ANNOYING since they are not well trained in this area! We had two orders which we gave the order numbers at the speaker when we got to the window it was like we never gave our numbers at the Speaker we had to repeat the numbers numerous times and then even show them the numbers on our phone then come to find out they didn’t have the shakes we wanted which I had already paid for. My question “how do I get reimbursed?” Their Response “we will cancel the order!” My response “OK” Then they follow up with “That will be 7.46 (not exact)” My response “I ordered through mobile pick up to use the coupon for $1 for any sandwich” (and a headache) Mind you this whole conversation is me to the girl at the window to her manager, Manager to the girl, then the girl to me the manager who wasn’t visible but could be heArd but not clearly was clearly right there so my question why wouldn’t he just communicate with us being the manager and all. This went on for a span of time that was long enough for other cars waiting to speed off angrily because of a nebulous communication and training and we only had an order for 2x sandwich and 2x fries and 2x shakes (that we couldn’t get) My next question why couldn’t we get the shakes bc if they just had the machine on someone working the window who could effectively communicate and a manager that wasn’t hiding this all could all have been avoided In the end I got my sandwich fries and soda for free (which wasn’t communicated to me either) My note to them: “Get...
