MELT @ Factory 52 (Norwood) — Restaurant in Norwood

Got the breakfast burrito with eggs, beans and potato which comes with a salsa in a chili tortilla wrap. Eggs were cooked well, wrap and salsa were quite good. The beans and oven roasted potatoes were both bland and had the same texture. Salsa saved the meal.

I saw at least two customers browse the menu and walk away. The crew didn’t greet them and offer any help. Chatting amongst yourselves is not a welcoming sign.

Also if I’m tipping 20 pc I expect food to be brought to the table. Why are we still being asked for tips for fast food since Covid...

Very kind man when I came to grab my food from the counter. My mango smoothie was good it tasted fresh and light! I got the verde flatbread so good pesto was amazing.
