This place is inconceivably bad. I came to the Gatherall on a slow week day lunch and placed what seemed to be their only order at the time. Waited around 30 minutes with no text to go to the counter to see if my order was ready, they decided to tell me at that point they were out of half of the items on my order -- after I've already been waiting half an hour. You input your information in to receive a text when your order is ready, they couldn't have called before then?
They offer for it to be another 25 minutes if I want the chicken momos I've ordered because they have to be made, but they can have the veggie momos ready in 5, I say that's fine. I then wait 15 minutes before I receive a text saying our order is ready, my partner goes up and only half of it is ready, they say it will still be 5-10 more minutes on the momos. Seriously? The food we ended up getting was flavorless and looked straight out of the freezer. Pre-grilled frozen chicken strips you'd get on a salad -- reheated and thrown in what I'm sure is Tikka sauce from a jar. Clearly frozen momos. The only think fresh was the cilantro on the Tikka Fries, so I guess there's at least that.
I've been in the service industry for well over a decade, and I'm incredibly understanding of things being 86'd -- but this was a truly beyond awful experience. I have several friends who live/work at Factory 52 and have heard many stories mirroring mine.
All in all, there are so many other amazing businesses to support in the Gatherall who aren't going to charge $15 for a sad portion of frozen food and make you wait nearly an hour to get it. Take your business literally...

I came to check on my order after 35 minutes and he told me they had no Chicken Momo’s which is insane considering I had been waiting almost 40 minutes at this point. I told him vegetable is fine and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes.
Incredibly disappointing. The chicken in the Tikka Masala was frozen pre-grilled chicken you get from Tyson. I’ve had so many Indian restaurants in my life but have NEVER been served frozen PRE-GRILLED chicken thrown in sauce before.
Every single item I ordered was straight from a freezer and tasted as such. I’ve always thought all Indian restaurants are great, some are better than others, this was...
Read moreReally great Indian food. Some of the best Nan in the city and their rolls are a cool western take on Indian food but keeping true to the flavors. My only advice would be to replace the chips as a side. It's weird with Indian food. A single piece of Nan or a Samosa maybe but chips is odd. Or drop the side all together and I didnt expect anything more than the roll I ordered and the chips were a negative not a plus so cut them. This is critique of a place I love though so if the worst thing they do is give me a side of potato chips when I order a roll I'm...
