I purchased an item at the silent auction at the fair but then when I went to pick up the item it wasn’t available. They said they gave the item to the bidder under me. I paid for the item and I told them they didn’t notify me that there was a deadline for pickup. They said there was no deadline they simply mixed up the paddle numbers. So now I’m out my item but they did refund my money. I wanted the item and they refused to call the people they gave the item too. At 4:00pm on Saturday, online bidding had stopped at 2 pm and in person at 3 pm. The workers had our name as the winner and we paid for the item.
