Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Novato

Wow this Jack in the Box is extremely rude. Look in my hometown of Santa Rosa the Jack in the Box is there are not great but they're never as rude as these people are.

I came in at 9:57 p.m. that is 3 minutes before the 10:00 p.m. lobby closing time because I wanted to pick up my door dash right away I didn't want to wait behind a line of cars in the drive-thru.

Instead of just giving me my door dash order right then and there The one employee I saw just bluntly said drive through and I told him Hey I'm here for my Doordash And then he said it's 10:00, and to that I told him no it's not It's still before 10:00 can you just bring me my order? He said no and just told me to take drive-thru.

I'm sorry but seriously? I was able to walk in the door because it wasn't 10 yet. Just give me my order. Even the McDonald's that is nearby the Safeway gas station here in Novato would not respond this way or at least it didn't when I was there. Letting me pick up my DoorDash order when they accidentally left the door open after closing hours.

The difference is it was still 3 minutes before they would close and they still bluntly told me to leave. That's false advertising. I don't care what issues are going on there you have a duty to follow the hours that are on the schedule otherwise why have them?

I have no patience for this place. I look forward to going back to my hometown of Santa Rosa and I hope I don't have to deal with this place again if I happen to be back in...

Visited Jack in the Box for my second time, and it was much needed after a late night out.

The Food: Went here to get a few late night cravings. Got some burgers, fries and tacos! All of the food is as expected for a fast-food chain. Our meal was good. The burgers, tacos and fries were delicious. No complaints.

The Service: Here is the highlight of the night. When ordering within minutes of them closing, the staff were very nice and patient with our huge group. with a big order, I expected a few mistakes, but they were able to get all of our orders correct and out within a timely manner. Loved it.

The Atmosphere: Just your average quick, fast-food restaurant. Plenty of seating to eat at.

Overall, a 5/5! For the service and food. This location...

Most measures are fine but this particular location, just this one Jack in the Box - and in fact just this one fast food place out of any has a big No Loitering sign and even one inside that has a time limit of 30 minutes. 30 Minutes is a working lunch, if I took the time to drive there and choose to dine in I want to sit down and not be rushed. This extends the idea of "fast food" to not just you getting it fast but you eating it fast. I understand they may have homeless people they don't want hanging around this is frankly not helpful for the dining experience. I have to wonder how other fast food restaurants handle it without resorting to this sooner because I've never seen this anywhere, and I doubt they are the only ones to have...
