Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Novato

I am an Uber driver. When I went to get my order, a shake was loosely in the drink carrier and when I picked it up it about instantly flipped over and spilled I wanted to help clean it the two girls were very nice and said I didn’t have to but the manager then rudely said “you can clean it”, and handed me NAPKINS. This is a normal size shake and obviously needs to be cleaned with a mop. I began cleaning it but since he made another rude comment I dropped all the napkins and walked out. I then seen him making a employee clean it with napkins which again is barely do-able, it’s a full size shake spilt all over. Will be contacting whoever hired this guy soon. This place used to be really good with exceptional service when they first opened. Now the service is mediocre and the food sadly has gone down hill while the prices of course have gone up as with everything in this inflated economy but this restaurant had a really good product and at reasonable prices and now I'm looking to other burger joints when I'm craving a burger instead of going here. Also they removed some of their best frozen treats the chocolate malted! You can rarely find these anywhere else but you can get a regular milkshake in a variety of flavors especially cookies and cream just about anywhere. Anna was so rude to me and this is the second time. I order ahead so I will not have to wait since I have limited time at lunch. She saw me waiting to pick up my order and ACTIVELY ignored me. As soon as another customer walked up she helped him. Others in the restaurant witnessed this and told me they were appalled by her behavior. I have many years experience in the restaurant industry myself so I understand what it is like to be a server and provide excellent customer service in any situation.
