Interaction I just had: Woman 1 takes my order at drive thru, I add an iced coffee to my order. She asks “cinnamon iced coffee?” Me: “nope just regular iced coffee with a little bit of milk” Her: “we don’t have milk just vanilla creamer” Me: “ok that’s fine I’ll just take a black iced coffee then” Her: ok it’ll be $xx at the window (There is no screen to see if order is accurate) Get to window, no coffee at all is given “I ordered an iced coffee” “What??” “My iced coffee that I asked you about” “We don’t have” “You don’t have coffee at all?? You said you had coffee and I ordered it” Examined my receipt and there was no order “You said you didn’t want because we don’t have milk” “What? I just said a black coffee…of course I still want it…are you saying you don’t have coffee at all?” Woman 2 joins: “We have coffee, I will get for you. No charge” “Great thanks” Woman 1: “ok that’ll be $2” “What? She just said I didn’t need to pay?” Woman 2 returns: “You still need to pay for the coffee” Ok fine but WHAT JUST...

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a bundle of 4 tacos and 4 burritos on the app. When I went to pick up, they said it only showed that I ordered 1 taco and 1 burrito. I showed them my app and receipt. The employee was belligerent with me and did not care about my problem, and told me if I wanted more food, I would have to reorder and pay again. Additionally, they refused a refund, saying they had no authority over app payments. In the end, I paid $10 and received 1 burrito (they even left out the taco). This Taco Bell is located conveniently next to the Novato Goodwill store. I went to drop off some donations and was able to easily drive through and get a quick bite. Although I cook Mexican food from family recipes, there are plenty of items I love at Taco Bell. My favorite taco is the cheesy Gordita crunch. I also love pairing my Taco Bell with a Baja Blast.
