Walked in last night around dusk. The wind was mild, but I walked in with my stocking cap from CVS ($7 for headphone beany) tight on my noggin. I bought grass fed beef and chopped tomatoes, guacamole. I talked with a few folks (My checker another customer the bagger and a manager) . I was positively impressed with the delightful demeanor (a little 'strained' for one bagger). The food was very good. $12.51 for a very healthy dinner. The store was bright, warm, and the music low. They had postings if when they expected more products, there staff was super helpful despite going through the exact same things as all of us and they were understaffed because several live in the evacuation zones and had personal things to deal with. But the fact they stayed opened with such a cheerful and helpful demenior speaks volumes to how the store is managed and the type of people they hire. But our last trip last Friday 08/05/22 we were greeted by the best employee this place has, her name is Lavender.
