Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Novi

Visiting Michigan from out of state and had to try Little Caesars in its home state. I didn’t have high expectations since its reputation is to just be a great value pizza but I was blown away by how awesome this take out pizza was. I’ve had a lot of Little Caesars since I was in high school and college and my visit today was extraordinary. I ordered and paid online and picked up in store by entering their Pizza Portal PIN number. Whoever made my pizza today, thank you! We got a classic cheese and a Hawaiian pizza and the crusts were NOT overproofed— not chewy and crusty where it didn’t need to be— instead it was soft, pillowy, and obviously baked with care. Thank you!

I visited on Thursday, July 21 for a 1pm...

Went into this store and will never go back in. As I walked in, immediately heard people loudly shouting nonsense in the back. Was no one in the store yet was told I had to wait for a hot and “ready” which is fine... so only five minutes of waiting and my order was up.... they served someone who came in after me first, and then I got my food. ALL the while the people in back were being rude and loud and it also seemed to me that they were also treating the person at the register, their own coworker, poorly. I got home and the pizza I had to WAIT for was somehow both burned AND cold.... 5 minute drive home. Never going back, Wixom and south Lyon are WAAAAY better and...

To start, when I walked in a wasn’t greeted until moments later. The employees are childish. As I am paying josh comes up from the back. He starts pointing at me, which anyone with any type of up bringing knows is rude. As he’s fighting back a laugh, he beings to make a high pitch noise. As soon as hes about to laugh, he disappears to the back. All of which takes place in front of the manager, who obviously doesn’t address the situation. I understand there’s a labor shortage right now, and most companies are desperate.
