Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Novi

I work food delivery in this area and i have to come to this location multiple times a day and I can say this is the absolute worst Little Ceasars in Southeast Michigan.

It is completely mismanaged. It's almost impossible to get any help here. Its common to walk in and have the staff completely ignore you for 15 plus minutes.There's hardly ever anyone at the front desk. The rare times someone is up there they are completely and totally rude and unhelpful.

I've seen 2 different "managers" yelling at customers. One of them decided he was going to yell at all the customers in the store most of them had all been waiting well over 20 minutes

They constantly have excuses for why the place is in a perpetual meltdown and shout them out to any customers willing to listen. There's zero professionalism here. They constantly give people wrong orders or burnt orders and they are always completely rude when customers want a refund instead of waiting another 40 minutes.

The owner needs to step up and do something. They need an entire new staff here including all new managers. The entire place is a breeding ground of negativity and incompetence. None of those people want to be there and it shows.

Until they make some serious changes I would recommend anyone ordering little Ceasars pick a different location. You might have to drive a couple extra miles but your going to have a better experience, have better food quality, and you will most likely get your food and get home quicker.

Ordered pizzas at 12:00 noon for a 4:15 pm pick up. I arrived at the store at 4:15pm and ask for my order. The employee I spoke to said he never heard of it, and then proceeded to take two other customers that were waiting.

I asked what was going on with my order, he asked me what name it was under, gave him my name and said he had no orders for that name.

Then he went promptly back to talking to preparing orders for other people.

When I again asked about my order, and another employee came up and was able to pull my order up.

They then proceeded to argue about my order not being in the system.

Meanwhile another customer comes in to pick up his order that was placed the day prior. No joy. They don’t have it in the system.

First employee has no customer service skills whatsoever. Communication between employees was rude. Shouting across the food prep area that they should just close and leave. Nobody is wearing name tags or I would be...

The store is aware that they suck. I called and asked for the district manager and was advised it's either Denis or Curtis and the young lady that answered the phone said HER name is Curtis. The reason I asked for thr district manager is because the lady said they are closing because she has to leave and doesn't want to come back to close..DESPITE there being 4 ppl on the shift as this isnt her store..she said she was from the Flint store but answered the phone as "LittleCeasers Canton..opps I mean Novi".
