I’ve never had to write a negative review on an establishment until now!

I would not recommend this place to anybody. I had reservations at 7pm for an anniversary dinner on Valentines Day. It turned out to be a disaster since the moment we sat down. Our waitress was decent when first taking our drinks and food but when 50 minutes had passed, we felt the need to ask for a checkup on it. The waitress gave us the first excuse which was that the long wait time was because of the occasion and that our food was coming up soon which is fair, we understood that and were willing to wait a bit longer. After a couple minutes we're approached by the manager letting us know that our order had gotten lost in the kitchen and assured us that they'd "expedite" our order, also following up with "the next order out the door is yours", so frustratingly enough we STILL stayed thinking they'd stay true to their word. When 30 minutes pass, we ask our waitress where our food is because we see people who got seated after us getting their food, she assured us it was coming once again, and I had asked if there are any appetizers that could possibly be faster than a simple steak and pasta that my girlfriend and I had ordered. She responds with "fries or salad" and contemplated giving us a free side for the inconvenience which she ended up doing after having to consider it. The fries take minimum 15 minutes to get to our table and when they do that's when we've had enough and asked for the bill since alcoholic drinks were ordered and we STILL didn't get our food. We then wait about 10 minutes for the bill and as we're literally putting our coats on getting ready to leave that's when they finally let us know our food is ready. Not only did they not serve our food, but we waited roughly 1 hour and 45 minutes before we decided to leave. I could have planned for another restaurant instead of wasting my time with this establishment, this all felt like a huge slap in the face. Thankfully Chipotle was 4 minutes away willing to serve us food in 5 minutes....

Not sure how the food tastes never got to that part. My husband and I must’ve come in during a party of some sort as it was extremely loud. Uncontrollable, but this adds to the further irritation from the visit. We walk in, we are greeted by very kind hosts and we sit. The host took our appetizer and drink orders. She returned later to inform me she doesn’t have potstickers, so my husband orders something else. The waitress comes and takes our meal order. The manager comes and tells my husband, “let me give some clarity. You know we don’t sell prime rib right. It’s a prime ribeye from the same area not the same.” He responded, “ok.” She then stomps off. He ordered the ribeye medium well. Which isn’t usually an achievable temperature for prime rib so he understood what he ordered. He also didn’t ask a question regarding the cut of the steak so why she came over to the only black table to tell them they don’t have buffet meat was very odd to me. At this point I’m ready to leave. Because it was 100% a micro aggression. The appetizers arrive at the table. It’s chicken and potstickers that they didn’t have. I understand mistakes happen, no biggie. My husband explains to the manager that he only ordered the chicken because the potstickers were out to the manager. She says, “well we have new people and it’s busy in here so ok, I’ll take it off whatever.” I ask for the bill and to pay for what we had because clearly the person who is supposed to set the tone for her staff had a nasty condescending attitude and I can only imagine what was happening behind the scenes. After we pay she comes back and says, “ well maybe you can try again when it’s not so busy.” As we are walking out she is discussing us with a waitress. I will never come to here ever again. She started off rude for absolutely no reason. She made assumptions that we didn’t understand what we ordered and then she couldn’t save her gossip until we left. I personally would not recommend this restaurant based on the service alone. We had a reservation at 7 and once seated waited over 30 minutes and yet no server appeared at our table. We had to stop someone and ask for our server we were then told even though we were not in that individuals section they would serve our table. We ordered apps and they came out 30 minutes separate from each other. The server never stopped by our table and it was incredibly difficult to flag anyone down just to fill our water glasses. Despite sitting down at 7 our dinner was not delivered to us until 8:30. There were numerous tables that sat down after us and had left before we even received our dinner due to how slow the service was for us. When we did receive our dinner my fiance's pasta had a large piece of plastic in his meal but we could not flag anyone down to bring this to their attention. It felt as if our table was forgotten. Since we did not get our dinner and dessert till an hour and half after we had arrived we were still eating at 9pm and despite online saying they close at 11pm it felt like by 9pm they were trying to rush us out.
