Sushi 1 — Restaurant in Novi

Mr and Mrs Kim run this Japanese/Korean restaurant, and I am totally hooked!

I have eaten here four times in the past three weeks, and i keep forgetting to leave them a review. I usually so stuffed and entering a food comma that I forget to get a photo before I leave. I managed to remember before I ate all the food again. I had a rainbow roll and Bibimbap

The sushi is super fresh and crispy rice addict in the hot stone bowl that bibimbap is served in. If your in the area or lucky enough to live near this hidden gem, then stop by and give them a try.

Luckily, my aunt lives close. I would always drive by and think to my self 🤔 is that place any good? We'll I'm here to set it straight. This place is legit!

Greatest place to eat Japanese Food! I've tried several dishes here. I didn't wanted some ingredients and the Chef got creative and gave me exactly the same flavors but at my own taste. Chicken teriyaki Dinner is enough for a single person and with great taste. Sushi rolls: shrimp and single avocados are great. I usually get 3 or 4. Ramyun is so tasty spicy and not spicy. Sushi was great! Very large portions as well, nice thick slices of sushimi (had my red snapper and yellow tail) and even a lot of extra "crunch" on the crunchy tuna roll. I really like what they did with that location, very welcoming and clean. I've lived in Walled Lake for all my life but eaten sushi all over the states so I really hope this place has much success (hence this review) because it's close to home and hits my sushi...
