McDonald's — Restaurant in Nutter Fort

Typically i never have issues with this location but lately it’s been a miss which isn’t cool. On 9/6/25 i stopped here in the evening during a really busy rush that was being handled poorly. I waited maybe about 15 MINUTES for my food, several other people walked out because nobody would take their order. On top of that there was some drama going on with the employees and was one sent home while people were waiting for their food. Asked the manager on shift whats the problem but she ignored me. Talked to employee that was being sent home and he politely explained to me what’s going on. Several people have been waiting 10 minutes plus for their food, the managers only concern is something about times and yelling for food instead of helping and fixing the issue. I counted FOUR employees up front who all seemed dazed and more worried about drama. This seems to be an occurrence when this restaurant is busy. Yet these fast food workers want to be paid more? They can’t even handle a rush with six employees on shift. To make matters worse, place was filthy and the bathrooms were disgusting and had no toilet paper. No tea in the lobby, asked the manager up front and that took another three minutes for some damn tea. On the more positive note, the...

Yeah it's not as good as any other McDonald's, it's smaller and doesn't have certain equipment that other McDonald's have, but it runs well, when there is trash they get to it when they can. I would imagine it to prove rather difficult to focus on cleaning lobby and having to serve other customers that come in. Food is good too, I'm somewhat of a picky eater but that's totally fine there, you can ajust any sandwich that has something you don't particularly like. As so far for service, people who dine in who order fries or even drinks (this McDonald's does not have a drink fountain where you get it yourself, they make the drinks for you) those things take a little time and most of the fries goes to drive thru. So when ordering and waiting, just be patient, I promise that you will get what you ordered. And another thing, the employees and mangers there are great, I've talked to a few of them and they're all nice and are all willing to help so it's obvious that they do their best to make sure you have a great visit. I will continue to come in everyday after school for a little...

A slightly-better-than-average McDonald's; not much to say here. I'll definitely compliment it on its cleanliness and brightness; I don't feel as if I'm about to contract HIV from the lavatory knobs like several other fast food joints in the area.

I'd previously had some major complaints, but those seem to have been resolved since. The original review is below for those interested.

Normal, run-of-the-mill McD's—interpret that as you wish—, aside from the fact they routinely close anywhere from ten to thirty minutes earlier than their listed closing time. Five times this year alone I've encountered this problem. (I get late-night cravings; don't judge me lmao)

On an unrelated note, they've locked me in at 10:50 while I was finishing eating a couple times. I'm fairly sure that's a fire safety violation.

And finally, don't expect table service. They advertise it but don't bring it out...
