Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Nutter Fort

I wanted a sundae, but I pulled up too far, and I could not see the drive-thru menu in the blinding sun. I told the nice gentleman on the speaker what I was looking for, and he was quick to figure it out. I ordered the remaining items for the rest of my party, a burger, another sundae, and a Superman blizzard. I was in the drive-thru for maybe 5 minutes. It was amazingly fast! Both employees that I interacted with at the window were smiling, polite, and friendly. The employees went out of their way to make sure I was happy and that everything I ordered was to my liking. Every-time I’ve went here in the last couple months. Food was ether messed up or our blizzard was made incorrectly. Went today and as I was ordering in drive-thru, as soon as I say my order I get a response “Are you done”, “Is that all”. Keep in mind I was still ordering and saying my blizzard order. My blizzard was also barely mixed, I had to go in with the spoon in mix half of it cause the bottom was plain ice cream. We kept giving chances, but this is an every time we go! Definitely last time and will stick to driving to a farther Dairy Queen for better service. Would suggest in training the workers better, and having them have a “better attitude”. I was going to Tennessee (79 south via Stop in Virginia) from Maryland today. I was hungry and I stopped Dairy Queen. Cashier Teenager had full of attitude , no hello no hi no thanks nothing . food was pretty good though . i asked for a few ketchup & ranch , and she looked on my face with full of attitude & gave me a couple ketchup & ranch. no napkins in my go order . im from shelbyville TN (country area) and these teenager watched us like haters....common girls get sm good knowledge frm ur parents to respect peoples in a america . owner should fire these type of dms employees . im retail business owner & my employees are way far better than...
