Don’t go here! This place has the absolute worst costumer service. The cashier person was absolutely rude and disrespectful to the customers. I can not imagine how can anyone with this attitude has a job anywhere. She rolled her eyes when we asked for samples and refused to give us the flavors we liked. When we asked her name and the name of the manager she refused to give us her name and the managers number, she said I’m not giving you my f...ing name and then she threatened us to call the security. We were a group of nine people and decided to leave because we didn’t want to ruin our vacation day because of a rude person. Don’t waste your time or money at this establishment. When my mother and I asked the owner for a sample she stuttered and then proceeded to tell us that she does not give out samples. So I decided to just get a flavor that I knew I would enjoy but after some thought, I figured it would be better to get ice cream elsewhere so I can sample a flavor that is new to me and I left. When I told my boyfriend what happened he decided to go in and see if maybe she would give him a sample…long story short…she did. My boyfriend is southeast Asian and I am black the owner was Asian as well…take that information and use it how you deem necessary. I wanna give this place 4-5 stars but! The worker we had today at around 11am APRIL 26 2025 was not pleasant at all. Didn’t get her name. She had no name tag on. As soon as she saw us walk in her eyes went rolling. I walk in say hiii. No response. I still tried to keep it cute. My daughter wanted boba but she said the boba machine ain’t working.
